Albert Haynesworth was a 2 time pro bowler...are you claiming he was not a bust?
The whole debate is laughable...you think you know more than NFL analysts, scouts, etc etc.
LaVar never lived up to the hype coming out of Penn State; furthermore, other than knocking Troy Aikman into retirement, Arrington spent more time on the sidelines hurt than out of position on the field.
His most humiliating moment as a Redskin came either when (1) his agent failed to read his contract extension prior to signing it for LaVar (which cost LaVar millions) or (2) he was cut by Hall of Fame coach Joe Gibbs, who basically saw LaVar for what he was—a defensive liability.

Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
Albert Haynesworth's issue was his attitude, not an injury. Lavar couldn't help that he was injured. As Dutch said, you must have never seen him play. If you did, you would realize just how big of a joke it is to compare him to Te'o.
He was cut because his knees prevented him from playing at the level he needed to play at. What don't you understand? He was a liability because of his knees.
Are his knees not his own?
He was a liability because he butted heads with Gibbs, Willaims, and Lindsey. If it was his knees, he would have never passed his physical and got a contract with the Giants. He was benched by Gibbs and relegated to special teams. To this day he still speaks bad of both Gibbs and JoePa. Arrington was a headcase.
Arrington was an athletic freak!
I still remember the play at Penn St. on the goalline when he hurdled the line and plowed the ball carrier.

No arguing he was a great athlete....undisciplined, but a great athlete.
Oh yeah, that was it... the guy made 3 straight pro bowls and all of the sudden, Gibbs sits him because he stank. It had NOTHING to do with the severe knee injuries that required two surgeries. The same injuriesthat Gibbs referenced when he had to let him go.
Such a clown post.
Do you think that Manti Te'o is better or at least as good as Arrington?

Google anything on Williams, Gibbs, and Arrington. He was a headcase and butted heads with Gibbs and did not want to play within their system. Once again, if he was released because of injuries then how did he get a contract with the Giants?
You post about not knowing more than scouts yet you post Bleacher Report? A website where FANS make the articles? Lol wow
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
I still remember the hit that end Aikman's career, he was so good too bad the teams he played on sucked so bad...Thanks Cerrato
and Minter and Ogletree>>>>>>>>>>>>>Manti's slow ass
Yes, I laugh when homers on a message board claim they know more than NFL analysts, scouts, etc regarding a player. Has nothing to do with showing a bleacher report article on what people thought of Arrington's career. Look at Redskins message boards, they say the same things about his career with the skins and why he was cut.
This one better? Says the same things.
I wasn't flaming, just thought it was funny.. I didn't read this link or the other because I really don't care at all with the debate you guys are having right now.
The funny thing is Urlacher was taken 7 spots after than Arrington, I definitely wish we would've taken Urlacher>Arrington
LOL at Ozzie Newsome drafting Manti F'ako in the 1st round. The only team that might be stupid enough to draft that clown in the first round is Da Bears.

Whole lot of stupid ITT if you're really trying to compare LaVarr Arrington with Manti Te'o... That's just...
LB of course.
Arrington was the better college linebacker
Arrington was faster
A whole lot of truth spoken there.
