Reds 2-0 in series against World Series favorites...both losses in extra innings and we should have swept...oh we had another 2 touchdown game against the Cards yesterday.....
Baby steps. The royals playing good for 8 innings is a completely new concept for them. Don't be greedy
When did you play the Tigers?
You think they are the only WS favorites?
4-3 against the Twins, Yanks and Jays....

lolololol they both suck ass.
That's kind of how a favorite works.....
It kinda depends on the pundit you ask...so that's why there isn't just one..that's kinda how a favorite works. I have no doubt..in Michigan, you are prohibited favorites..
This Jays team is pissing me off.
Pitching has been horrid, and the bats inconsistent as per usual.
Hoping Lawrie can provide a spark when he returns. We need his bat and glove in the worst way.
The Braves could beat em.
Regular season champs since the early 90s.
Holland needs to be out as closer. I love Crow in the 7th and 8th though, I don't want him as the closer. Herrera is a maybe. We'll see how the next couple of weeks play out.
Realistically, we could be looking at 5-2 if not for Holland's "Let's walk three in a row in the bottom of the ninth."
It's nice to have starting pitching. When was the last time we got this much out of our starters on a regular basis?
I just tallied it up. In our first seven games of 2012, our starters pitched 38/65 innings (58%). In our first seven games this season, our starters have pitched 42/63 innings (66.6%).
Holland tried to blow it again, but they got the win.
The starting pitching is a huge improvement. I'm really excited for this season.
I'll give Holland a slight pass on tonight. Wet ball, rushed trying to finish it, blah blah blah. He's on a damn short leash though.
Yost seemed adamant in the postgame that Holland is the closer. We'll see if that lasts.
This 1.5 game lead should stick. Sucks to be a Tiger.
The Braves have a solid rotation this year and a great closer. The offense is off to a crazy start too. When Heyward and BJ Upton get out of their horrid slumps it's just gonna be that much better for the offense and therefore the starting pitching. I love the chance we have at the WS. As long as we can get out of choking in the playoffs, I like the chances.
Nice work by the Tigers bullpen yesterday.
Seems like it's World Series quality
Are your blue jays ready for a beat down this weekend?
Giants fan here. Take that broom out of your ass and then I'll answer the question.
Win the series VS the Marlins of the north, still 1-0 against Playoff contenders. (1-1 VS cellar dwellars)
We are phucking terrible.
Pitching staff is just awful.
Our (Braves) first test is this weekend.
The As failed a major test vs tTigers.
Bump. For Rick Porcello Throwing BP today. 2/3 inning 9 hits 9 runs. Well done.
