Is without a doubt one of the can't miss prospects in this class, and whoever lands him is getting a truly special player that likely starts right away
There were lots of rumors during his recruitment that he is a head case but nothing can be further from the truth
He was just quiet and that lead to many bullshit stories and opinions of him, fact is the kid has a tremendous work ethic and has confidence for days while handling himself in a way that you would be hard pressed to find any better
If I had to make a premature guess on somebody being a multi year Pro Bowler out of this class he is my choice for sure
Ill be a fan of this kid no matter where he goes, Champ Bailey level talent imo.... this is who I would compare him too as well, for they are very similar just MacKensie brings more swag and shit talking on the field with him ( which I love )
Off the field they are almost the same person, quiet and all about their business ( great work ethics )
ESPN is the only service that got his ranking correct
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Is this serious
I agree. I am going to be a big fan of him where ever he goes.
Mitch Sherman takes a look at Immokalee Florida, an unorthodox breeding ground for elite football talent including Mackensie Alexander, the No. 4 ranked recruit in the ESPN 150
Ya he will be one of the only players I will follow outside the Noles in CFB.
Dead serious, you are a misinformed moron if you think otherwise plain and simple
and likely still butthurt that he won't pick FSU so you believed all the bullshit on the FSU boards about him
Lolz at posters like RobbyNole having an issue with that post exactly why I felt the need to address it

That video was tight, thanks for posting
Saw that earlier today
I agree , I'm not sure about the Champ Bailey comparison but I think he's the 3rd best player in this class.

Why is he leaving the state?
Tim Jennings imo.
He will be dominate at whatever program he lands at. I will be jelly at whoever lands him and I will be mad that FSU did not get him.
Where you think he goes NoVa?
No idea. It's not like the instate schools didn't like him. Well Miami didn't, there is a story that says Miami wouldn't offer him unless he comes and camps and earns his offer. Mack camped, balled out, and left without even talking to Miami coaches and only went to show that they should have offered and to show what they were missing out on. Kids got some swagger to him. I thought he was going to be a gator after he decommitted from Tennessee.
Agree that he will be good
Disagree that he is some Champ Bailey type player
They are practically the same person
Great in coverage and will come up in tackle you with force
Good enough with the ball in their hands to be a true threat for 6 anytime they touch it ( obviously Bailey is too old now but he was once a player of this makeup )
Come from that farm like/country poverty which is where you see many of the greatest work ethics in sports hail from time and time again
Bailey being a bit taller is really the only difference I see when it comes to the two of them, outside of that they are everything else you look for in a CB
Its a bold prediction but saying he won't be a HOF'er is just taking the easy road in nit picking that post
Of course its a long shot, but if anybody in this class looks like a HOF football player, MacKensie is my choice
That is basically what I was saying, predicting any of these kids to be a Champ Bailey is a stretch no matter what year it is, doesn't mean its not possible though
He better not go to Clemson. Because they would ruin him by not letting him play bump & run. Even having said that he will be a first round pick, no doubt in my mind. Wish we wouldn't have screwed over his brother cuz he would've been playing in Tally.
Auburn or Clemson I guess, no idea really
Is he pretty much gonna go wherever his brother can come along?
No one knows. I remember he was going to Miss St a few weeks ago. For all we know he goes to Washington.
I would take the corner going to UF over him
The kid is mentally unstable and 1 national analyst even compared him early on to Mike Bellamy. There is no denying his talents but there are a lot of talented players that never pan out for a myriad of reasons.
Again, that was just bullshit rumor that has followed him everywhere cause he never talks
So unless he comes out and denies shit, stories can and will run wild
I have paid close attention to his recruitment and his actions say Auburn and Clemson lead and have for some time now
From that perspective maybe but Champ could change speeds better, had more natural hands, a Lil taller, and was supremely athletic. I probably can't come of with a better one but either way he's the real deal. Maybe Darrelle Revis with more speed.
silent to miami
this kid is one of the biggest mysteries ive ever seen. he might end up going to north dakota state for all we know. kid marches to the beat of his own drum
FSU Ambassador to the masses
wrong, I have read his own coaches post on message boards and say you couldn't be farther from the truth
Ill take their word over your opinion and some nerd analyst every day
