His salary was already frozen for nearly a year and had to go to counseling. How it affects his personal relationship with his wife is none of the University's business. If they were going to fire him they would of done it four year ago.

no, for not reporting her relationship, which was inputted into the employee handbook. a dumb clause to add, but still she technically didn't follow it, whereas Major did. and was already "disciplined"

no doubt. you can't fire Kearney and cite failure to report the relationship for cause for termination (even though she resigned technically as well, but if she didn't she was going to be terminated) and then fire Major for reporting the relationship.
That opens to potentially two wrongful termination lawsuits if they both decide to go through with it.

I think it's a pretty simple sell actually one banged a subordinate and had an ongoing relationship with the subordinate, the other had a one time affair and came forward. It has nothing to do with race or minority discrimination. Plus I already said I don't care about Deloss, I want him fired even without all this stuff, if this helps speed up the process so be it. I don't think I'm the only longhorn fan who think this either. As for righting a cheque, who cares, our athletic department prints money.
