Do you think he gets drafted? If so what round you think? He worked out some during SC's pro day. Doing some exercises and pass-catching drills.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
he definitely gets picked. most likely mid rounds.
Depends if Greg Reid gets drafted.
After AP's comeback, he definitely gets picked.
Drafted for sure, but I wouldn't touch him until the 6th round
1st round ability, not worth the risk though
Willis McGahee went 4th IIRC and he was much better than Lattimore imo
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
I agree. More risk to Marcus to IMO since this is the second knee injury.
Willis went 23rd overall to the Bills
But, Willis has never looked like the same dude after his leg got mangled
I would definitely hold off on Lattimore until late
49ers have so many picks that they might be willing to take an earlier flier on him than most other teams. It'll be a game of chicken once we hit the 4th round.
He will not make it out the third round. He worked out today and he impressed all in attendance.
By worked out you mean walked and caught a pass. People where impressed just to see him walking.
He did more than catch passes standing still.
Ill take wagers of ANY amount that he gets drafted.
Question is--what round? McGahee went first round and didn't play for a year. Latt probably goes 3rd to 4th round
Worth the gamble IYAM.
What's your point? That he did a bunch of drills half speed? Which is what I said. He walked passing drills, those pics look great and I'm happy for him.
Edit: I know today was very encouraging. I do see him getting drafted but feel rounds 1-3 is to much of a risk for NFL teams. It would have to be a team that could afford it at that point. I also think it hurts him that even the good healthy guys have a hard time getting drafted that high these days

Good to see Lattimore getting back at it.
They can take him in the 3rd and they don't have to guarantee any money I believe. Under the new Rookie contract, you don't have to lay out a lot of money. I would say the 3rd round because he will play this season.
My son's message to Obama, Clemson, and Georgia
He didn't but he was still damn good
McGahee is probably in my top 5 for all time favorite college players, can't believe I forgot he went first round
He was a bossy black dude
You really think he'll play this season? Man I just don't see it. I hope for his sake he goes in the the third but I'd think 5th-6th. Not doubting his talent it's just that he's coming off 2 knee injuries and the NFL isn't high on RB's anymore.
He said today that he will be able to play.
Of course he did. He's trying to make money
Dr Andrews says he will be ready. Do you think he would jeopardize is reputation?
Just because he could doesnt mean he will. A team investing money with him will not rush him back if they don't have to. I've seen this first hand with Willis. He was in the same position as Marcus and didnt play the first year and look how long his career has lasted.
That was years ago when Willie hurt his knee. Athletes recover much faster now. Whatever team drafts him may not play him this season he just said he would be ready to play.
