If only rookie years meant something
Nobody will remember Cam's rookie season when he is in prison for stealing twinkies from a 7-11
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
remember when peyton manning set the single season int record as a rook?.... ya nobody does.

lol coming from you or any FSU fan considering your team had so many thugs and criminals under Daddy Bowden that people all around the country mocked your ciircus college by refering to you as the Criminoles. Maybe if you went back to having a team full of thugs and criminals you could start making it past North Carolina State and Wake Forest on a regular basis

We trying dawg, James Wilder spent a week in the pen this summer
He ballin too, 11 TD's for a true sophomore and he doesn't even play every snap
I love the nickname Criminoles, shit is tight

aubie how are you trying to talk any crap? Ole Miss has more players making a consistent impact in the NFL than auburn. your arguments are invalid.
Shhh, Cam is on pace for 4000 passing yards. Didn't you know?!
Who cares if he has one of the worst passer ratings, more INTs than TDs, and the worst record in the league. He's so awesome!
Then win games and stop turning the ball over.
I Ain't got no Worries - Lebron James
Who is the former Jet and Browns coach who now works at ESPN? Not Herm Edwards, but the white guy? I was watching espn last night and even he said the pick 6 Cam threw against the Bear was caused by Steve Smith falling down
I dont know if this is true or not. If you have so many great player in the NFL, why hasnt your team won a conference championship since the 1960's and only finished the season with 10 wins or more one time since 1971? Serious question
When you call out aubie for his idiocy, he comes back with insults at your own team.
Rinse and Repeat...
I'm a panther fan and I don't think Cam is a bust. He has his moments were you just want to beat him(stupid INT's, fumbles) but the coaches and defense have led to the crap record more than Cam has. Ron Rivera is a terrible coach and the play calling has been terrible(not running 30-40 times a game). Ryan Khalil is out for the season and our line has been terrible. Cam needs to learn to quit throwing off of his back foot but the record isn't entirely his fault.
Just because you post something doesnt make it true. You have to back it up with facts. I am still waiting for someone to do that
And the other 7 picks he's thrown?
How about the 8 fumbles?
Is Steve Smith the reason he's completing less than 60 percent of his passes?
Their record definitely isnt all Cam's fault. There has been at least two times the Panthers defense has allowed the other team to drive down the field and kick the winning field goal on the last play of the game.
Yes, these things are the result of having a poor team around you. When your offensive line isnt the greatest and you get hit and sacked a lot, you could occassionally fumble
When you have to run the ball a lot because you are the teams best running back, you could occassionally fumble. Cam has over 100 more rushing yards than any other player on the team. He only has around 150 less rushing yards than Trent Richardson, even though rent-a-trent has carried the ball 75 more times
I could be wrong, but I believe Micheal Vick and Randall Cunningham were the only NFL quarterback to have more than 600 yards rushing in the last 20 years. Cam will likely finish with more than 600 yards rushing in both his first two years. He had around 700 rushing yards last year and he already has over 300 rushing yards this year in 7 games
Our secondary is complete trash FWIW
Everyone but Ingram on that list is a starter in the NFL. How is that a bust, you moron? I mean slap yourself. Plus Carpenter, Hightower, Andre Smith. Upshaw is playing in Baltimore. Javier Arenas plays plenty for KC.
You've been called out by two moderators on here for being an idiot.
And RoY should have gone to Andy Dalton last year, but the league is clearly biased against gingers.
By the way, you can be an interior lineman like Dareus and make the Pro Bowl with around 35-40 tackles.
You really, really are the worst poster on TBB.
And he'll still be a loser, just like you.
By the way, Trent is the only threat on the Browns and plays in a MUCH tougher division than Carolina.
The facts are he's 1-7. Tom Brady won Super Bowls with guys like Troy Brown and Deion Branch and NO running game. Because he was freakin' great. You just can't stop, can you.
Getting drafted by the browns was the worst thing to happen to Richardson. He's a stud.
Cam has had a suspect year but my Panthers record is not his fault. Cam is one of the most scrutinized athletes today alongside LeBron and several others
FWIW I hated Cam after the SEC title game for destroying us
Thanks for defeating the argument of everyone claiming Cam is a bust and having a bad year. As long as he is still the starter, those things cannot be true according to your logic
Cam's best attribute is how great a leader he is. Fumble the ball into the endzone, teammate picks up the ball Cam doesn't say anything runs to the bench and sits by himself and sulks. Murphy actually had to go up to Cam.
It's even funnier because Cam always talks chit about how he needs to lead the team. What a joke.
I mainly use people's own stupidity against them. Just a few examples:
When bammers claim Cam is a bust, I simply point out he is better than almost every single current NFL player they have
When an Ole Miss fans claims his team has more impact players in the NFL than Auburn does, I simply question why his team hasnt had more success on the college level over the last 30, 40, or even 50 years
When Novanoles talks about Cam robbing a 7-11 in the future, I simply point out a large portion of FSU's success was due to Daddy Bowden recruiting a team full of thugs and criminals during his tenure as FSU's coach
