Has any QB ever made a worse decision to return for his Senior year?
Note: maybe he loves USC and would do it again. That's great, but I am speaking financially. Last season, he could have been #2 overall and at worst, probably top 5. Now, he is mid to late first round it seems.
Thread is stupid.
He would be the 3rd best QB last year. This year he will be the 1st taken and still a top 3 pick.
Steve Spurrier is a God, and Mark Richt worships him
Horrible decision by him to come back. I don't think much of him as a QB honestly, wouldn't want the Bills to draft him.
Locker went #8. He was projected #7 his junior year iirc.
Barkley may still be a top ten pick. Who at QB established himself this year. He should still be the second QB taken in April.
How short peoples memories are. Have you already forgotten Jevan Snead?
Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
Yea Barkely really hurting financially
Barkley will just be next in the long line of USC qb's highly rated coming out of college and completely suck in the NFL
I guess Mel Kiper is drafting these days huh? Same guys that said Logan Thomas was the best QB right?
Of course not. Big difference in was projected to be a first round guy next year to would have possibly been the #2 pick overall.
didn't rookie contracts change
Snead went from a projected 2nd rounder, to being undrafted. Barkley would not have been drafted higher than RG III, and there was a lot of debate as to if he would have been drafted higher than Tannehill.
