Canes you guys are too much!
The Miami-based attorney at the center of the latest developments in UM's NCAA investigation came out firing a day after her involvement came into question
"Michael Huyghue and Sean Allen couldn't remember anything," she said. "So there's absolutely nothing that they can glean from them. So I don't know how two 2004 examinations can taint an entire investigation that is so far gone at this point."
Like you guys were playing players for 7 years, and you think you are getting away with it. Where does anyone get that kind of optimism
I talked it over with your mom and she agreed we both got off
Seriously though this is old news.
Yes UM is not getting off Scott free. We accept it.
Two bowl bans etc. it's not a football either.
Basketball team will get hit just like Duke wed
Should get that little bastard in your avatar to rep Miami, I don't know why but he looks like he knows how the play the system and get what he wants I'd trust him
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
He's my lil boy. Maddox. I hope he does something in the medical field. No attorneys. Want him to have integrity u know.
"Two sets of interviews taint two years of investigation and previous corroboration of incidents that occured. I am an attorney and I know these things."
--said every Miami fan
What you don't understand is how just the fact that the NCAA was was being billed for her services (and paid her) is a major credibility problem. Do you really think that if this was no big deal the NCAA would have said anything?
This is the death kneel for the NCAA. They don't want another lawsuit. They don't want discovery. The sanctions will be a slap on the wrist... time already served with the bowl ban and a small scholarship reduction for 3 years. Miami will laugh and say "alright you got us! " and just deal with an 82 limit instead of 85 the next few years.
Jive, you don't have to explain how bad the NCAA is to FSU fans. We hate them, too.
The attorney on payroll is an ethical issue...not a legal one. The evidence from two guys who could not remember is not a significant hit in this case. This happened over MANY years and there is plenty more evidence to be had. Miami fans think two guys negate the whole case.
Here's the issue... this now gives Miami standing to sue the NCAA. How are we supposed to know that this was the only unethical thing the NCAA did in this case? This give Miami "standing" and opens the NCAA up to discovery. The NCAA does not, in anyway want discovery. Not at all.
They will end up settling with Miami for minor sanctions and "time served" on the bowl ban.
A Miami attorney is under preliminary investigation by the Florida Bar for her role in the NCAAs athletic program.

D'onofrio is just a pawn. This is Al Golden's team and Al's defense. Al's the clown. Dorito's just the floppy shoes.
Haha that means shit but keep trying
