He sucks mane, he is a south florida balla yes but in terms of the RB's that come from south florida
He would struggle to make my top 20 of the last 20 years, and he will always be injury prone
Its hard not to be when you only weigh 178 max, I love how Canes love him so much.... shows how sad and desperate they are as a program
Duke wasn't even the best player on a 7-5 team, the dude is not that tight.... period!

fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
I think he is pretty good he just needs to be protected and be that guy who's defense isnt focused on and then BAM he guts you. Him being Miami's focal point won't end well. He's Chris Thompson with a hair faster 40 time so I think he's very good but he'll have CT's injury issues.
I agree with this but from what I saw CT was better, a lot better and ran much harder
But yes, he will be hurt all the time just like CT was
Duke could end up being better, but for now I saw much more from Chris than I have seen from Duke
Reminds me of Antone Smith. His talent was wasted because the complement back we signed was the Edwards kid from NC who never did a thing. So instead of Antone being that same type back he was the focal point and the rest is history. That's why you dont go to a down program, its not just that you win less its because you have more hurdles to clear, some of them too high to clear.
Losing Collins killed Duke.
Other thread was locked so I guess I'll in here
Wow I feel like I ate one of them snickers bars. Better!!!
Lol, that mod said I cant quote nova. I wasn't told that. Did we both get in trouble? lol
Three W's In My Life: Ward, Weinke, and Winston
No but, noone likes to see you guys get into it!
On the contrary, my friend, we all like to see them get into it. But they're being civil here lately. Nothing to see here.
I love it.
I got to go into town anyway.
lol, Nova and I get along fine but when he goes after my throat he needs some help disengaging. I can handle the back and forth until it goes into day two with him still gnawing on my jugular.
You sir are correct.

Your ode to DBC in your avatar is nice. #respect
The one that got me was the Nick Waisome PI where he hardly even touched the guy and the ball was about 15 yards out of bounds
That one was weak but I saw what they were seeing at least. The biggest thing is that after 2011 all the Nole fans were saying for a month leading up to the game that the ACC would call the code red again and it is almost crazy how much it was obvious they were managing the score again.
Here for the Duke Johnson conversation
Cristobal to Bama
Bama can get whomever the F they want, that's what happens when you're on top of the food chain.
The only positive thing is this didn't happen 3 weeks before NSD.
Between the Denver debacle, TRich, and Mario leaving AG will have a PR nightmare on his hands if he was telling kids they weren't leaving. I agree though, if Bama offered any of our coaches aside from 2-3 they'd be gone. Will be interesting if Bama comes after KCM and Darling.

They could come KCM all they want, he'll be Cane
The only reason he isn't committed is because he wants some of teammates to get the spotlight when coaches visited him on spring training.
Darling has only one offer and that's from Miami, he told other teams not to offer because he isn't interested but it's recruiting and funny sh*t happens.
Yeah, I agree on Darling. And likely KCM. Canes told Florida fans the same thing about Matt Patchan though. Down programs lose recruits. We know all too well.
I agree that's why I said anything can happen.
