Webb is a really good get for you guys. He's a real stud.
Harris will be a battle. I like where Michigan stands currently with him but anything can happen.
Michigan beat USC 2 times in the regular season, so it should be 2-6
There are a few programs that will always remain as Blue Bloods, and Michigan's all time W/L, strength of schedule all time, and for their place as one of the architects of modern college football (with Ohio State)...they will remain Blue Bloods - one of the bluest of all..they taught us all how to play the game of football. The last NC winning coaches out of the SEC come from the Ohio coaching tree. Can't ever leave those BIG-10 teams off any BB lists, ever.
Add Alabama, Notre Dame, tOSU, and......USC - for daring to not remain happy with just winning our region..hence, the USC vs Notre Dame rivalry.

"Here are provided seats of meditative joy, where shall rise again the destined reign of Troy." Virgil
Just to be clear, Michigan has a poor Rose Bowl record against USC (2-6) but we've won both regular season meetings (2-0). Our all-time record against USC is 4-6.
Except you haven't (unless you're 12). The Jim Tressel era merely offset the John Cooper era. The two programs are dead even (21-21-2) over the past 44 seasons (arrival of Bo in Ann Arbor).

is that with you discrediting 2010?
No. I gave you credit for 2010. If you take out 2010, we are ahead by one game 21-20-2.
I piss excellence.
It could be worse. You could have hired Rich Rod.
Hoke will be more successful at Michigan than Urbie is at OSU. Book it.
Strange post mcgoober
I think he's right. You know Urban won't stay at osu as long as Hoke will stay at Michigan.
At least Dick rod when only there for a little while. Coop was like a slow painful death. He almost never won the big games in 13 years.
Yeah I don't know how you put up with that guy for 12 years.
Success is now measured by time frame? Hoke may end up with more wins, by your thinking, but that is all.

I think we need to negate all Buckeye contributions to this thread....rivalry hate=unreasonable responses, and a jump to minimize your greatest rival's accomplishments.
Same goes for all the great rivalries, we just can't be unbiased.
I think negating all Spartan contributions would be higher on the priority list.
The Bucks are Wolverine haters obviously, but MSU fans are ridiculous.
Non-reasonable Buckeye responses are why I stopped posting ITT. After a while it just started getting ridiculous, became laughable. Although I motion for MSU fans to bounce first.
2 NCs > 200 wins w/0 NCs
You see that sign that says 'Rib Tips'??
MSU is clearly a blue blood They dog us for our 1/2 national championship, but all of theirs but one are shared and two they claim in years they finished 2nd in the conference to osu. Plus Duffy Daugherty won all of two conference titles in 19 years.
Well...that's kinda like the difference between USC vs UCLA..they don't have the history & tradition in CFB, so you just tell them to shut up and sit in the corner.
USC vs Notre Dame, is another matter entirely.....greater rivalry in CFB than those twerps across town..
'Twas appropriate when posted, Pard. :-/
That's some funny stuff right there! Hoke has to go 12-0 which I know he will never do.
