Hello my brothers and sisters!! I am feeling so much better!! I don't know if I had mentioned feeling run down, and short of breath. Well, I got a blood transfusion Friday! I took 2 pints and wow! What a difference that has made. I don't feel tired all the time like I did, and my shortness of breath is gone!! I am fired up and ready for A Day now!!! I had a chemotherapy treatment Thursday, and the only lingering effects from it, at the present, is my feet and hands are swollen. Other than that, I feel fine. I go April 22 for another ccouple of scans to see if my cancer is spreading or not. They are also doing a scan of my brain to make sure it hasn't gotten there. I want to thank each and every one of you that has sent me words of encouragement and prayers! They mean so much to me!! God bless you for your kindness. I hope at some point and time I can meet each one of you and shake your hand, or hug you! I pray you have a great night!! God bless, and be in touch again soon!!
Keep up the good fight man! What were your thoughts on little Jack Hoffman? I know that when my dad was going through chemo, he said that the kids in the clinic were some of his biggest inspirations. Best wishes maximus.
Prayers as always for you sir. WDE.
"Get in where you fit in." Life is, Too Short TL;DR
Best wishes man War Eagle ill be at a-day need to meet and shake your hand
So far I haven't seen any children where I am going. But I did meet a Korean lady that inspired me so much!! She has fought so hard, and seems to be doing better!! I do hate to see children going through this dreadful disease. I would give myself anytime just to keep a child from going through it. Thank you for the wishes my friend!! May God bless you!!
Awesome news Randy! Thanks for posting this.

Good to hear bird. Keep fighting and praying and ill do the same.
Hey man, don't normally post. Best of luck with your recovery and hope everything works out well.
Just wanted to comment on the fact that the transfusion got your energy back. It's possible the chemo is giving you some form or another of anemia (lack of RBCs). The biggest thing you can do to try and keep your energy up is eat iron. So red meats, nuts, green veggies, eggs, and stuff like that might be able to help perk you up. Milk is another great one, and if you don't already, maybe try taking a multivitamin?
I'm not a doctor, and I'm sure your guy is on you about diet, but I just wanted to be sure that you know.
Great to hear! War Eagle!
Great to hear Randy. Enjoy A-Day. God Bless
Keep it up B, I'm here for ya to the end. God bless bud
