Will be on his new album LongLiveAsap.
New A$AP ROCKY single Goldie Prod by Hit-Boy
First single off Long.Live.A$AP
Soulive and Maceo Parker are jazz/funk. Micky Hart is a former drummer of the Grateful Dead. Leftover Salmon is bluegrass, but not in any traditional sense.
Maceo parker - basic funk 101
I like this one
River's Rising by Leftover Salmon from their 1997 studio album, Euphoria.
I took the videos of the flooded farmland while passing through North Dakota by train.
Didn't realize that the Walkmen had a new one coming. I dig this single.
Deserve got nothing to do with it...
I just got the new Jack White and new Moonface. About to give them a spin.
Listened to this song on repeat all weekend (ha, pun).
In honor of the best drummer thread

DL ing the new moonface now
Sooooo good. The beat on this song is so good and when you add Abel's vocals, it's fire.
I watched A$AP Rocky's performance yesterday.
What you need is a great song and this video has an awesome picture.
the lyrics in this track are pretty damn funny
"Could you really kill your wive? -Yeah!, oh yeah!..."
The Magnetic Fields - 69 Love Songs, volume 3
I'll have to watch this later. From what I heard at times his band's levels were too high and Abel had to oversing to make it work.
Also I'm so sad that I missed out on his show in LA. Tickets sold out in 20 seconds or something and now they are online for +$100.
Off the new M. Ward, great track

Some of the sound was a bit off but from the youtube video it seemed like an amazing thing to be at. I would be tempted to pay for tix. Maybe I will try to make it to the south florida stop or better yet make it to Lolla
I did just get 2nd row center tix for Bon Iver. Last time they were around it was at this tiny place in St Pete with a real intimate atmosphere. I have been told by a good friend that the show is still awesome.

Don't you cherish me to sleep
Never keep your eyelids clipped
Hold me for the pops and clicks
I was only for the father's crib
Hair, old, long along
Your neck onto your shoulder blades
Always keep that message taped
Cross your breasts you won't erase
I was only for your very space
Hip, under nothing
Propped up by your other one, face 'way from the sun
Just have to keep a dialogue
Teach our bodies: haunt the cause
I was only trying to spell a loss
Joy, it's all founded
Pincher with the skin inside
You pinned me with your black sphere eyes
You know that all the rope's untied
I was only for to die beside
So itʼs storming on the lake
Little waves our bodies break
There's a fire going out,
But there's really nothing to the south
Swollen orange and light let through
Your one piece swimmer stuck to you
Sold, I'm Ever
Open ears and open eyes
Wake up to your starboard bride
Who goes in and then stays inside
Oh the demons come, they can subside
SBTRKT performs Wildfire, Live from Coachella, April 14, 2012.
Very nice, would love to see that show
Saw them last month. They didn't really sound all that great. I don't think they have been playing live for very long maybe?
Is it some kind of festival?
I always wondered how they would translate to a live setting. They are relatively new so they might have some things they need to work out.
From the clip from Coachella it looks like they did well.
All but Leftover Salmon, yes. Sweetwater Brewery does a festival every year here in Atlanta, and usually attracts good funk musicians/bands.
