This woman's 3 year old watched the whole thing! Video at the bottom is pretty disturbing considering this could happen to any of our wives. Taking my wife and daughter to the range this weekend.
A brutal mid-morning New Jersey home invasion, complete with an assault and robbery, was caught on tape when the homeowner's nanny camera recorded the incident.
The woman's 3-year-old daughter sat on the couch during the ordeal, helpless as her mother suffered a vicious beating at the hands of the 5-foot-11, 210-pound suspect.
People caught on video like this, where it's open and shut, should be put down as soon as they're found. Worthless.
TURDS ALL UP IN THIS MUG. /// "2010 Auburn Tigers, my favorite team. Unbeaten in all ways." -- Dan Wetzel, April 4, 2013, 6:29 p.m.
Is it illegal to own a gun for self-defense where she lives?
I guessed a black male. I was correct. What do I get?

A lecture from CMXI on what a terrible person you are.
Meh. I grew up in Memphis. I've seen what I've seen. I know what I know. She can lecture me all she wants. We agree on religion... that's about it.
and then another talking to by the one and only BLF
3 time POTW, member since 2006, MLWTI: 4-3
so in reality here... what are the legal ramifications if she shot that guy 5 times in the chest after he broke in.
would it make any difference if i did (being 6'3 210)?
Would i be charged with anything? Just a civil suit? I dont know enough about the topic but would be interested to hear what the board had to say.
if she couldn't have legally killed that man under NJ state law, then NJ is one messed up state.
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
I'd kill him anyway.......Then say F NJ.
New Jersey has a "Castle doctrine" law, you'd most likely get off.
It's a good thing that she didn't have a gun. That man could've been killed.
For all of the gun haters out there, what should she have done in this situation?
What is her religion?
CMXI is a girl? That explains a lot IMO
"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
Nah, poonslayer just needs a way to explain his obsession with me.
I wonder if the big black man would let her go grab her gun real quick if she asked him nicely.
Should've asked permission to call the police IMO. A cop could have been there in 20 minutes with ... a gun.
Honestly though, does it say anywhere where she was in the house or how much time elapsed between the guy getting in and actually attacking her? She easily could've been in a situation where, unless she was carrying around a loaded gun in front of her little kids, she wouldn't have had time to get to a gun.
I'm not sure having a gun would have changed anything. It's not as if you keep your gun by you while you're chilling on the couch with your daughter in the middle of the day.
With that said, Id like to see the guy beaten to death.
Doesn't look like she had time. Dude bull rushed her after kicking the door in. Not all situations happen this fast and a lot of the time you can hear someone entering ur home giving you ample time to grab a gun.....if you believe in guns that is.
Or she could have had time but didn't own one. Does not say. However, as she was getting her brains bashed in, I bet she wished that she would had one closeby.
