I do as well, I've been invited by more than a few Notre Dame friends and acquaintances to the game next season in South Bend, even procuring those difficult to obtain tickets. Maybe we can meet then! I would like you to sample my cooking when you do come out though, so count on tailgating with us.

Well sure, from me at least. Then again, I'm reminded, a la Days of Thunder, that if you're from California, "you're not from the South, hell you're not even a Yankee ... you're not really anything."

Ahh, I like you...diplomacy and intuitive marketing skills...pass it along please, lol.
It is somewhat true though, with all the diversity and people and cultures from all over, we cannot afford to be anything but tolerant...we'd be at each others throats continuously....
If your out our way when your team has a bye, and we're playing, you will be welcome at our tailgate and tour of our beautiful campus.

I would for sure take you up on that one! And if you're ever in Shangri ... er, Tuscaloosa ... we will reciprocate, and even throw in a free your/you're lesson! Zing!
Roll Tide - we'll take care of those awful little Leprechauns tonight!
Haha, caught me on that one, lol. Check out my posting history, you will find I rarely make that error. I never use "them people" though, lol.
I've visited your lovely campus, and had a wonderful discussion with the staff at the Bear Bryant Museum, I was treated respectfully when they learned I was a Trojan. I was on campus at USC in 1970, and it was a thrill to come back in '71 to see the great Bear Bryant across the stadium - regardless of the outcome. Sam "Bam" Cunningham tailgates fairly close to us (he was born and raised in Santa Barbara, 20 minutes from my hometown), and it was amazing to hear the respect and awe he still commands in Alabama.
Well let's see if Haden and Coach Moore can hook up a home and home for the Tide and Trojans. Would be awesome!
We've wanted that for a long time, I think both sides would be more than excited for that series. I think they've tried, but the dates haven't worked out for one or the other.
I think it will happen. There is nothing better than playing in home stadiums and touring the campus of your opponent, sharing stories of traditions and personal experiences as fans.
Hope that happens before I die, lol
