And is he the only player with such honors ? I guess HCD is better than Ed Reed cause he has two national titles then going by that logic
Gotta love giving an individual credit for a team award too
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Its like you don't even know Logan Thomas has started for an entire season and was projected a 1st rounder by many
Things can, do and will change
Its called the process of life, an thinking a debate is over before the season even starts is Bama fans being Bama fans

Damn, all caps already
Calm the hell down nutso, we are just talking here
fact is HCD is way better than dude from FSU.
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
Agreed what does he have against white people.
They on edge about tomorrow's game. They know our 19 players are really pumped up.
One of my favorite posters. Do you have any eligibility?
Brooks is a boss
No, but we have a kicker that was a RB in high school, thank goodness. We had open tryouts on wednesday and picked up three more, so 22 total. I just said 19 for dramatic effect. These guys got heart. Below is this year's team picture. Do any of those guys look nervous to you? Hell no, they gonna be ready.
Billy get ITT and talk about your boy
He really is, way better than Joyner last year
I expect a good game. (Mouths "Not really" when Smitty turns around.)
We have no idea what to expect from the offense, literrally none. Practice was locked up tight, the open scrimmages showed about 6 plays of offense.
Only a Hokie that watched every game last year, like me, can truly grasp how bad our offense was. My wife still does not have a firm grasp on the difference between an extra point and field goal, yet she was 75% accurate in predicting what play we would run. We ran the hurry up no huddle offense so poorly, that we typically snapped the ball with 3-4 seconds on the play clock. We ran the 5'8" 180 pound guy up the middle, and the 225 pounder on sweeps, because the guy calling the plays was unaware of which players were in the game.
Down by a TD with 2-3 minutes to against clemson, at our own 15, we ran the ball 3 times and punted. With about a minute to go in the same game, when everyone watching the game knew with 100% certainty we had to pass, we ran a trick play to the WR and he threw a pick 6.
I am happy happy happy that I do not have a clue what to expect from the offense this year.

I'm just joshing btw. There's no doubt once Scarface retires, you guys should be able to get a decent coach with the recruiting area surrounding the school. I must admit while watching the All Access that VaTech looked like a team with little fire and mediocre organization.
And honestly, the fire and organization was about 3X greater than you would have seen last year.
If we can get to the stadium without losing another player, I will consider it a moral victory.
