What have I said that is not fact? Thanks
My son's message to Obama, Clemson, and Georgia
just thought about this....
If blood is pouring down his throat and he's screaming, wouldn't that blood be pushed out of his mouth pretty violently...especially if he has someone covering his mouth and nose to stop him from breathing.
Respect your honesty and agree on some levels.
But in my life i'll push diversity when possible and do the same with any kids that I have.
Are you asking about the entire thread or just the comment you quoted?
I've posted part of the timeline issue and couldn't get much of a discussion...
But here is the location of Martin's body (the yellow X). I find it interesting that Zimmerman says he walked across the T and martin punched him at the top of the T upon walking back to his car.
It's interesting that Martin's body was found some 50+' down the T. How the hell did Zimmerman get down there if he was only crossing the T?

The officer asked Zimmerman why was he following martin, he said "I was just going in the same direction"....the officer laughs at Zimmerman
The timeline says that he chased MArtin when he got out of the car. The location of the body says that he followed martin down the T.
It's also a fact that Zimmerman had been training 3 days a week for three hours a day at mma. It's a fact that he had previously been employed as a bouncer. It's a fact that he had a gun and knew how to use it. The evidence seems to suggest that he not only followed martin down the T but he chased him before getting to the T.
This all means that I can see him approaching martin. I also cant see him getting worked over like he says he was.
This post has a little bit more speculation so I expect people to respond to this and not the previous one.
What abt martin's facts: he was a young man who had stolen property, a young man suspended from high school....and there arr several other factors that made Martin just as much trouble as you proclaim of Zimmerman. You want to list those too?
Fact is that all we can do is assume much of this case. The evidence is what proves or disproves this case....not message board fodder and a case where you want zimmerman to be guilty.
1. It isn't a fact that he had stolen property. He was suspended for weed and graffiti, not stealing anything.
I wasn't bringing up Zimmerman's police history in that post, as I've stated before it's more violent and more extensive than martins....but none of it matters as to what happened that night imo.
I was speaking more on his state of mind when leaving his car. Please give attention to the post directly before that.
Do you have any clue why martin's body was so far down the T and not at the top of the T where Zimmerman claims he was struck and knocked down?
RD, do you think the prosecution will be able to prove that GZ did not fear for his life?
Yes or no?
Usually I would comment freely but I'll avoid talking to you until you recognize ur earlier mistake.
Plus you haven't answered one question I've asked.
Answer how martin's body got 60 feet down the T (where Zimmerman said he never went down there) and apologize and we're good.
Because he slid down there with TM on top of him. This has been established. Now will you stop being a baby and answer my simple question?
Ur saying he slid 60 feet on the ground?
I don't think theyre trying to say he wasn't afraid at all...just that it wasn't reasonable to the point to kill. Omara will have some work to do to get rid of the testimony of the ME. There's nothing he can do to fix was the forensics guy said yesterday tho.
I don't think they'll be able to prove depraved heart unless they're seeing something differently than me. But I don't see manslaughter being difficult to prove.
RD is going to shit himself when Zimmerman gets acquitted and the ensuing meltdown should be a thing of beauty.
Have you read anything I've posted or are you just slow. I expect he should get off for murder 2. Can you not read?
Only way that i can see murder 2 working is if they had done a much better job establishing him as the likely aggressor before the fight
Establish that zimmerman chased Martin using the timeline
Establish that he followed martin down the T using the body location
Present a child psychologist to show what went through martins mind when this happened.
Show how zimmermans numerous lies are self serving. There are enough lies to spend a whole day developing. Say that he was nearly am expert on syg and he perfectly molded his story to fit but it doesnt fit the evidence.
Instead the prosecution calls a ton of witnesses that witnessed nothing. But these witnesses focus attention on the wrong part of what the prosecution needs.
Ties go to the defense. And the prosecution isn't even tied yet.
Maybe the prosecution is having a hard time because they don't have much to stand on? Ever think of that?
I just want to know why certain groups of people want so badly to ruin this man's life based on very limited and subject information. Are some of you incapable of empathy or putting yourself in someone else's shoes? What if Zimmerman is telling the truth?

I can't understand why a certain group calls martin a thug and act as if he deserved to die bc he smoked weed.
You still havent answered how martins body got far down the T.
I ask a legitimate question and get this nonsense as a response. Figures.
Sure I did. GZ was punched at the top of the T. He may have considered the top of the T at the top or 10 feet from the T (or more). Then, after he was punched, they struggled and slide down the lawn in the wet grass. You are acting like they went 100 yards or something. 20 yards (the absolute max) is not far at all.

Hopefully the jurors feel the mom and brother pain as they here how Zimmerman savagely murdered Trayvon.
LOL. Boy you are hoping.
Prosecution is in desperation mode by putting mom and brother on stand saying it was Trayvon screaming. Do they really think the defense isnt going to counter that?
So his brother said before today that he didnt know if it was Trayvon's screams, but now he is 100% sure? Lol
