...come down from his house and stand on the cart path not 100 yards from me. I saw him, but didn't think much of it. But as I got close, in a very angry voice, he asks me just what the hell I think I'm doing. Shocked, I look around dumbfounded. He proceeds to tell me the golf course is private property and I had no business running there. I go by 10 people each day after dark (after the course is closed) running the same course they are. I've been doing this for like 3 years 5 times a week. So he picks me to stop? Dude was pissed too.
Can they arrest me for this? Because I run every morning and sometimes at night and I will not be giving it up. What can happen to me tBB?
"Because Bama now sucks just like FSU used to suck when we were getting dominated by OU. Does it make sense now?"- Sliger (FSU Fan)
Tell him to suck your balls. His wife was probably flicking her bean to you.
No, you'd have to get a trespass warning first. I'd keep running on the course.
lol. He look like the kind if guy that would sue. But I am one hell of a delinquent. Skills preserved from a misspent youth IMO. If he screws with me again we will have words. I just don't want to go to jail over something this stupid. Freaking old people
Used to run on a private course and never had this happen so I don't know.
Punch him in the mouth and keep running.
What's the worst that can happen?
My man. Good idea
See, I'm thinking assault, trespassing, etc...
I'm way too pretty to go to jail bro. lol
bring those poppers that you get at the fair with you next time and throw them at his feet.
You could blow it and scream rape.
This is a good idea too. Then I could sue his ass. Ahh, America. The truth is, I'm not sure I will be able to bite my tongue tomm. if he's there. Here's hoping it's not the cops.
just say he grabbed your balls. good thing you have your rape whistle.
lol. I just might get one at Wal Mart just because of that. lol
It's the course posted with no trespassing sings?
never seen one ever and I do all 18 holes
weedline is white. no worries.
You're good then. They Feds would have to give you a warning before they could do anything else.
but a whistle too just for fun
I'm serious about blowing it if he comes near you.
Plus, is it gated?
Id tell him to kiss my hairy beanbag, then punch him in the throat.
Some of the neighborhoods are gated. Some are not. I'll blow it laughing trying to defuse the situation. But the Alpha in me wants run up on him right now; tomm. will be worse., He's at his house smiling and talkign shit to his wife. It will be hard to stop me if he does that again.
Gonna have to make a decision. Run the other cours and don't see him. But feel like a coward
Run the same way, walk up, and drop him before his hands are up. Sigh.
golf course isn't HIS property either, how does he know you also aren't a resident? If I had to guess, he takes heart meds and his doc told him no mo viagra.
lol just run right by him, if he yells tell him hes just jealous he can't run without breaking a hip. no need to beat up some geriatric patient.
Depends on state and local laws. Unless Willie knows where you live and looked up the laws, there's a possibility that you can be arrested/ticketed/removed right off the bat - there's no universal warning requirement.
However, unless the old man owns the golf course, he doesn't have any authority whatsoever to tell you to leave, so if you're willing to just tell him to shove it, he can't touch you. The most he can do is call the cops.
A very good idea til he says something bad, that you just can't let go. Some people have it coming. Maybe we should talk to hi son when he gets the mail. lol
Yeah, we all know you are serious about blowing it.
It's entirely possible that the HOA makes it almost impossible for anyone younger than a certain age to live in the neighborhood, so anyone young and running around clearly isn't a resident.
