The gym I work out at makes the best shakes. I can not seem to master it. They always turn out wrong. Anyone care to share or know of a good web site. Thanks guys/gals!

The gyms usually has a horribly low protein content. BRB paying $5 for 20g of protein with a ton of ice and sugar.
Don't worry about the taste, now days I just use unflavored whey. You get used to it.
I do what Nole says and have an unflavored whey shake. Just add a banana and milk to it and it tastes like a banana shake.
I also kind of stole a magic bullet from an ex. Those are perfect for a quick Protein shake.
"Playing here is the closest thing to heaven on earth..." - Brian Rolle
Also it is like 10% cheaper to buy Whey unflavored.
It is all BS now days anyway. Whey has doubled in price in the last 4-5 years. LMAO at their prices for something they used to throw away as waste.
On a related note, anyone know of a Protein that doesn't kill the stomach?
I'm not lactose intolerant but Syntha-6 killed my stomach, Isopure kills my stomach, and Nectar kills my stomach.
It was even worse when mixing in NOXplode 2.0 (which sucks compared to the original), which generally just made my insides explode.
Anyone got any good recs?
All of that shit is bad for you, and the little good it does for your muscles doesn't outweigh the money spent and damage they do to your insides
I always laugh when I see people drinking that bullshit
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
NO or Whey Isolates?
I took NO mainly for the caffeine bump. It would get me really focused, but started causing sleep problems. It had a bunch of fillers in it but was worth it for a while. The 2.0 stuff sucks which is why I haven't used it in a few months.
Go Optimum Nutrition brand for the protein.
As far a which kind, it really depends on what you are trying to achieve. Anything from lean complex to a mass complex all depends on if you're trying to bulk or just stay fit.
NEVER go to a Muscle Milk, GNC brand, or a protein the guy at the front counter of a health supplement store suggests.

Here is my post work out shake.
Frozen fruits from costco. Usually the frozen berries
2 scoops of whey protein.
1/2 a cup of oats.
2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
1 table spoon of flax seed
add water and blend
When you are strong its always natural, but man has an ego and will buy into bullshit to get as strong as possible while putting in the least amount of work
If you are gonna waste your time with supplements, use some balls and just use steroids
They are just as bad for you but you will get really quick results

Protein being as bad as steroids?
BRB cutting out one of the three macronutrients out of my diet.
BRB whey is isolate from MILK.
BRB is this real tea or are you rolling bread?
I completely agree with Nova on this. I used to be a strength and conditioning coach as well and I think ALL supplements are bad for you minus a couple (I use fish oil).
You want a shake? Make one with Fage yogurt and throw in any fruit or veggies you want. I go veggie some days and fruit the others. Toss in some wheat germ and flaxseed and you're good to go, bro!
And that is why I do my own research and never used a Personal Trainer.
Whey=Protein=Macronutrient=in everything we eat
The best things a human can put into its body aren't man made
"Whey protein is one of the two major groups of proteins found in milk. It is a highly digestible source of protein.
Whey proteins are used in a variety of foods, including ice cream, bread, and infant formula. Whey protein has been used in fat replacers for low-fat ice cream and as an ingredient in milk replacement products."
BRB not drinking milk or eating bread anymore
Literally this is the same process as taking wax out of honey. BRB honey ain't natural brahs.
BRB all juice with out pulp is bad for you.

Does anyone use chia seeds when making drinks? I love those little things.
That post was random as hell and Im not even sure why he quoted me
I just don't get it. BRB is be right back, right? None of that made sense
Must have been an intense swim practice and he still has water in his head
Lol I am used to posting on another forum that is a totally different demographic. Memes from there.
There is no way that you can convince me or any dietician in the free world that taking things that are fabricated for you are better than the natural source.
