I just mix a scoop of whey protein(vanilla) with some fat free milk and I only do it after a workout.
Never bought into the meal replacement fad. There isn't a meal replacement shake out there that is better than some tilapia or salmon.

Ya I don't spend a lot of time outside the sport subsection now days unless a epic thread pops up.
I honestly don't know any other boards there accept misc. Their articles are usually pretty herp derp too, lotta stating the obvious or people who use personal success/anecdotal evidence as an argument to why there workout is the greatest thing on earth. MD mag is usually the only thing I'll read for any info on BBing/working out.
As far as funny threads goes no one delivers anywhere near the same volume as 4chan lol.
Lol I would never go on MISC for workout advice the people there are forever alone neck beards who don't even lift.
