then he usually is capable of. I was impressed.
"Illegal immigrants who haven't been breaking the law will be given opportunities to stay". Nothing like someone who's very geographical existence is illegal being given a pass based on their conformity to the law.
"The democrats want immigration reform and he hopes republicans join them"......holy shit!
"Republican candidates and others need to not talk about war so flippantly" ---- blatantly ridiculous statement
He also still believes he can talk Machmoud out of wanting a nuclear weapon.
Why dont you republicans stop starting political threads. You guys act like you have the only voice in America.
Um, what? Your voice just took the mic and vomitted the above. I am commenting on it.
"There's going to be a lot of people who didn't stand with us who are going to be remembered for not standing with us." - Al Golden
Clearly the case seeing as a terrible Democrat president is about to win a second term pretty easily. Should probably use that voice to get some real candidates to run instead of that circus of clowns currently traveling from caucus to caucus
Not guilty y'all got to feel me
Actually, the red states (also known as the entire south) are the poorest states and the largest consumers of social programs in the Nation.
Nothing funnier than watching idiots vote against their own self-interest.
The Republicans are going to nominate Mitt Romney .
The South are the ones on welfare.
Ironically though the average Democrat is smarter and more educated than the average Republican.
This would lead one to believe on average we have better jobs... and therefore, work harder, by your reasoning.
In this, it shows Democrats are slightly more likely than the national average to have college degrees.
In the same thing by the same people they ignore the college question, leading one to believe they are not following the same trend.
That was the most recent evidence I found in spending 5 minutes looking it up.
This is fundamentally incorrect because it is based on percentage, yes, by percentage, there are higher percentage of social program consumers, but when you look at raw data, the real story comes out. In raw dollars received, NY, PA, CA, MA, IL and MI are all at the top of the list... FAR outweighing the dollars spent in red states.
In fact CA alone outspends the following typically red states COMBINED:
AK, NE, NV, UT, WV, NM, AR, MS, OK, LA, and AK
Add NY, NJ, Mass, PA, MI, WI, MN, DC and IL, and they outspend the rest of the country. Thats Ten states outspending the other 41 in entitlement dollars.
So when you are looking at DOLLARS which is what you do when you are looking to make cuts and budgets, the cute little red blue US maps showing % of population and dollars spent per recieved etc do nothing but obfuscate the truth... the blue states FAR outspend the rest of the country.

Apparently you missed the "liberal" threads that TallHawkins and Barney start almost on a daily basis.
I generally report studies that aren't inherently political.
The last one was a satire on things rich people shouldn't say, the one before that (I believe) was on a study on ideologies of the rich.
Also, can you guys really not read my username?
That's interesting, thank you.
What's even funnier is that conservatives have higher income and intelligence than liberals.
Obama is great. High gas prices have gotten poor people off the road in those smoke wagons and now there is less traffic. Thank you President Obama for putting the poor back to walking, now maybe they can lose some weight from all the food purchased with food stamps.
But you can't do that and disparage people on welfare as lazy people who don't want a job at the same time.
If the same people complaining about tax increases would actually pay their taxes instead of spending half of what they would pay looking for loopholes, we wouldn't be in this mess.
I say just get rid of income taxes, raise the sales and import taxes, and be done with it.
Keep taxes low on food and essential goods and tax the hell out of the rest of it.
There are too many people that would rather spend money on lawyers than help provide for their own country.
Hope gas prices go to five dollars a gallon, so maybe all those people from up north will stay home this summer. It gets crowded around my condo when a Republican is in the White House.
They're Republicans. The less educated have less comprehension.
To suggest Rich people are all conservatives and Poor are all democrats is just incredibly dumb. 9 out of the top 10 richest US states were democrats last election.
