You will still look retarded
And I think you were unfairly punished in terms of how the NCAA handled it, but when you allowed what PSU allowed and you actually fight your conviction... you look like pathetic assholes and most judges will laugh in your face or in the face of any appeal you can muster up
Sorry brah, but america continues to laugh at you, and if by some miracle you win a lawsuit years from now.... the damage to your program will be over and done with
So good luck, at best you will accomplish nothing at all
Suing the NCAA gets you nowherez, signed.... everybody that has even tried

fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Why do I look retarded?
“If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.” ― Haruki Murakami
I didn't mean you personally, my bad
Im saying you as in Penn State
PSU looks like babies fighting the sanctions imo, you should worry more about moving on and not rehashing something that you feel was unfairly handled
In the end, all that Penn State fans will realize is those responsible for the appeal did nothing but wasted a bunch of money for nothing
Penn state isn't challenging the sanctions, the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is. PSU's board of trustees released a statement basically saying thanks but no thanks regarding the lawsuit, but the suit is the only way that Corbett can get re-elected and he knows it.
I know, the university would never win so they are trying a different route
Either way whoever it is will lose and lots of money will go to waste
Didn't know about the re-election part, and that makes it even more ridiculous
Miami's appeal will be equally as worthless imo
Miami really is getting what they deserve. I do think as many times as they have been slapped on the wrist the last 10 years that they drop the hammer on Miami. Miami should be one of those universities with a proud tradition instead carries a lot of black eyes. It is time to send them to the house.
Oh they done son, they have no chance
They got the murder charge in terms of NCAA penalties
Its gonna be bad and they know it now, LOIC = serious sanctions ahead
No, it has nothing to do with what chances the university has of winning. The BOT does not want this getting brought back up. Coach O'Brien doesn't want this brought back up. Only PSU homers who think this will end in a week and Tom Corbett who wants to win over PSU homers want this back in the news.
It would have looked better like this
" oh, he MAD"
Teein' Off on Links
The radio is hilarious right now
Its like people don't know who the NCAA is, how is their actions shocking to anybody ? I don't get it
The NCAA does what it wants, its always been this way
Mike Greenburg sounds like a total moron right now lol, Golic is ripping him to shreds
Without self-knowledge there is no individuality
Pretty sure FSU is next. Now that y'all have that no-good Pruitt without Saban to control him, it'll be NCAA on that ass w in a couple of years.
The state of PA has plenty more money than the NCAA. Corbett isn't the only politician from PA pressing the NCAA. I can easily see the penalties being lessened(not eliminated) by the NCAA instead of them taking the chance of losing their power.
Back to Corbett, he is a POS and a crook, but he's not far from being an evil genius. He didn't prosecute Sandusky as the AG, he collected funds from board members of the 2nd Mile during the Sandusky investigation(at minimum that's a clear conflict of interest). Then he got Joe(who wouldn't endorse him) ousted by attending his first ever BOT meeting since he became Governor, and preaching that Joe should be terminated immediately. Now he's trying to gain back the PSU vote by trying to get the sanctions lessened.

how many slaps on the wrist have they received over the last ten years?
your mother still rubs vapor rub on your chest, doesn't she?
Anybody can be next, you ain't saying nothing I don't already know
Try harder bro, or tell me how much you like me again
Only a matter of time before your cheating asses go down too, again... for like the 4th time on my watch
Bama might be the dirtiest program of all time in terms of the history of college football
Bama invented cheating
What happened to the days when teams that got caught cheating just took their punishment like a man?
Its a much different world these days
He's a POS. I think his bigger target was Spanier who he absolutely loathes, but Corbett is the ultimate "politician". He'll go with whatever is good for him and then turn around and do the opposite when it isn't.
Soo ... that was pretty easy. Only one edit, too.
let me guess, you trolled me right ? you are just terrible at coming at me, but at least you can pretend with the best of them
Roll-y smiley thing, four or five emotional points, slam the school ... then backpedal just in case you're being trolled, which maybe you were, maybe you weren't. Make sure to tell poster he's a retard, then roll-y smiley thing ... claim trolling greatness ... Act 25,132, Scene 87.
And I do like you. Call me.
