Since 2001. Forgot how racist and angry Wilbon used to be. Don't blame him, I think some "progress" that has occurred has mellowed him out at this point.
That or all the fvcking money that ESPN pays him. I think he now owns three mansions. He was nothing but a journalist when that show first started. Now him and Tony K are getting paid.
Imagine getting into sports journalism because you love it, LOVE IT, and you expect to struggle for work most your life and you end up famous and making 2 million a year. Crazy
Some of these sports journalists have the best jobs in the world. You have to give Wilbon and Kornheiser credit though. They are the one's that started all these tv shows that made the rest of the guys on ATH, First Take and other shows the money they get now.
I would hand in my professional engineering license to switch places with these guys in a hot second.

He was much fatter too. Happy to see he mellowed out & lost some LB's.
Why is it racist to hate on ND ?
Obviously more to it then that.
He pretty much said ND was racist for not interviewing Tyrone in the first coaching search post Bob Davie. He and Jason Whitlock bashed ND exclusively for not interviewing a black coach even though there were dozens of schools interviewing coaches, but ND got the target on their backs because in Wilbon's mind was the epitome of white elitism. The comment that sent it over the top was "The day ND hires a coach named Tyrone would be the day they have people on staff named shaniqua."
After they hire Ty - Wilbon said the hire was "not genuine and only strategic to get the monkey off their backs."
When ND fired Ty - Wilbon said Ty was always a token bandaid till ND figured everything out to get a white coach back in place. Whitlock flat out said ND was the KKK of college sports programs.
The PTI show exposed Wilbon for what he is - an angry race card player...
