I graduated from Michigan State University. They didn't play today, where did you graduate and why does this have anything to do with a fumble that was clearly a fumble?
When you have the benefit of HD replay that can be moved in slow motion and frame by frame, there is no excuse. It's as simple as that.
they just showed this play, and honestly, live it really looked like a fumble. Is it possible that he was losing it as he was moving his arms to the endzone?
I don't think it was a fumble after watching the replay, but I can see how someone could interpret that as a looseball before he is in.
you keep saying this, and it's never true. I can see your ban history. I have never banned you. Ask any mod to check it out. Not once have I banned you. TAMU, kitemac, and buttesnake have all banned you. Not me.
Try to get your facts right before you accuse people of things that you know NOTHING about.
And I'm coming out on this side of the call because everyone who knows anything about football is coming out against it. I have not seen one person in support of it besides Nebraska fans.
Just trying to understand why you'd be so against the right call.
Obviously I'm an Ohio State fan. I'm from Columbus, OH, been in the United States Air Force for 8 years.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
It wasn't confirmed by replay..
So, you are saying that the guys making that call, had it in for Penn State and called it a fumble because maybe they had money on the game? You just said, that in slow motion, it's an obvious call, so are you saying that the "fix was in". Please clarify.
Even the MSU fans (with the exception of D.Wags) agree it was a terrible call.
This. I've talked to numerous people today, who like different teams, and none have agreed with this call.
Look, I don't want to add to my ban from you on the michigan board, i think you banned me for 8 years cause I hurt your feelings in the UM/MSU thread on the blue board, but if it wasn't confirmed, there certainly wasnt enough evidence to (and get this): OVERTURN THE GUY WHO WAS TEN FEET AWAY IN THE BACK OF THE ENDZONE. (you actually can add to my ban on the michigan board, you are who you are and I don't really care)
Do you just like to make stuff up to make things sound outrageous? Re-read what I wrote and try again.
No, obviously the only conspiracy is against MSU
You seem like one of the RCMB guys who thinks that the Big Ten and Delaney make the refs call games against MSU and will do anything to have UM and OSU do well.
"The odd part was after NU went up by 10 they showed the UM sideline and they didn't looked concerned at all. They knew they were about to get a ton of calls, and on cue NU got called for the next eight penalties. The knew if they jacked it up 40 yards downfield they were going to catch it or get a PI call."
PSU has seen a ton of bad calls all season and this is the worst and most important by far. And, yes, I know what it's like to be on the other side of these calls too. I cheer for Everton in soccer and a couple weeks ago they were very fortunate to get a call similar to the one Nebraska got today against Liverpool. You won't see me denying that Liverpool got jobbed in that game.
We got a loose Sparty on our hands.
Yep, y'all Husker fans never fester over blown calls.
Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS
So, when you want to see if something goes over a line, do you prefer to look at it straight ahead from 10 feet away from or down the line?
You're just flat out wrong. I just sent you a PM of your ban history. My email is a umich account. As you can see from the PM, I have never banned you. Apparently you don't understand how that works, so just ask any mod ever.
Thanks for serving.
The call was right, and you have no idea last weekend how many "Michigan Men" came out to MSU boards telling us to "get over it". "Play over it". They concern theirselves little with MSU, but would rather we take a loss on a call then help them out. Now, they'll say "I was really for you all the time". When it gets down to it, now that time is running out, it's a different story.
The call, was made by a back judge. He saw when the ball started coming out. HE SAW IT. He made the call. Now, people are accusing the replay in HD officials of cheating. Why don't you think that's carzy? Do you think, the officials on the spot and in the replay booth are all cheating? What's your opinoion?
There were Michigan posters in this thread that defended you (MSU) from the calls you received last week. Not everyone is out to get you.
You know that we wanted you to win last week, right?
I said that Nebraska was gifted the MSU game as well...
Yeah, I know.
As did I, as did many other UM fans. Why would we want MSU to lose that game? We're not so obsessed with MSU that we'd rather they lose than us get to the CCG.
You'll never fully understand little brother syndrome.
