Player than in college? Or guys that surprised you and busted out in the NFL but not so much in College?
-Perry Riley.. Was just "ok" at LSU but had 129 tackles with Washington and has turned out to be a very, very good LBer. (4th rd pick)
-Stevan Ridley.... Would've never thought he would be better than Ingram and most RBs in the draft.. Finished the season as a top 5 rusher in the NFL..(3rd rd pick)
-Danny McCray.... One of the worst players to start at LSU last decade and was somehow starting for the Cowboys for a lot of games...(Undrafted)
What say you? Just trying to get some rare football talk going.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
Tom Brady and Stevie Brown. Brown was awful in college.
Cameron Wake and I'd probably say NaVorro Bowman. Bowman was good in college and we thought he'd be a good pro, but he has turned into one of the best LBs in the league and not sure many thought he'd be that good.

Add in Steve Hutchinson. It wasn't as dramatic, but he went from a great guard at Michigan to one of the best in the NFL.
XoGisele, Ashley Sky, Niki Skyler
Alex Boone, he might be the most underrated player in the NFL.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
Not a Bama fan but if Julio had Aj as a qb he would've broke ALOT of records
Anquan boldin, laverneus coles, brad Johnson, Antonio cromartie, Walter jones. (he was good at FSU but he was only there one year and flourished into probably the best player at his position to date in the nfl)
Not trying to flame you, but the way you listed so many guys its like FSU doesn't develop there talent.
Boldin and Cromartie were injured a lot at FSU, but still had a few solid seasons. Brad Johnson was pretty much a backup his whole time at FSU, and played on our basketball team. Walter Jones just like Menelik Watson(current OL just turned pro) was a Juco player who came in and did his job before getting drafted and becoming a future Hofer.
Add in Robbie Gould as well.
First round draft picks don't count.
What more could he do in his time at Michigan?
"While attending the University of Michigan, Hutchinson played for coach Lloyd Carr's Michigan Wolverines football team from 1996 to 2000. During his redshirt year in 1996, he moved fromdefensive tackle to offensive guard, and earned a starting position on the 1997 Michigan teamthat won the Associated Press national championship. Hutchinson excelled as a four-yearstarter, and did not allow a sack during his final two seasons as a Wolverine. He was a two-year team captain, four-year All-Big Ten selection, Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year, and a two-time All-American—including unanimous first-team All-American honors as a senior in 2000. He also won the Jim Parker Award from the Touchdown Club of Columbus, and was anOutland Trophy finalist."
In and out of the lineup at The University mostly because Randy Shannon is the worst head coach in the history of the universe.
This really needs to be third round pick on... Your first 2 rounds don't you expect them to be pretty damn good?
PENN STATE FOREVER
Disagree on Hutchinson, he was an og drafted in the 1st for a reason. Add Breaston, he was mostly good for returns and screens and gimmick plays at UM but had a few very good years at wr for az.
Every Miami Hurricane in the last 5 yrs.
Not many for Bama. Jarrett Johnson qualifies perhaps.
they werent for a while, from about 2000 until bowden left. he was just hiring whoever to coach. we had an OC who had no business being an OC and a whole lot of other position coaches who had no business coaching.
With out a doubt Geno Atkins. He has became one of the premier DT in the league.

Maiava was a starter btw.
Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
it's never a suprise when a Miami player balls in the NFL.
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
