No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Sorry, but your argument doesn't make any sense. Really, it doesn't. The original debate was whether or not two consensual gay adults should be allowed to get married. Then you make it some argument about 10 year olds getting married. What's next, are we going to talk about if 8 year olds should be allowed to drink? 5 year olds to buy a pack of smokes?
There is no "question" to be answered. You're diverting away from the discussion of this thread by using strawman tactics and unrelated items. And quite frankly, you and a number of other posters do this same tactic in nearly every political thread. If you can't just sit down and discuss a single issue, why are you even bothering?

Gotcha. Those things were just guidelines for health back then, but what God really cared about was those damn gays getting married.
Ever been jealous of someone? Also sinning and risking floods or locusts or lifetime as a Pitt fan or whatever else God has in store for us as punishment.
Uhh no but I don't see your point unless you're that close-minded.
Because you divert away from the issue also with posts like this. It's a debate dood
I'm fully discussing it. If two 10 year olds love each other, you should have no right to tell them they can't marry.
You are the one that said it is all about what one wants

My point is simple....earlier in this thread it was said smoking kills you. So I said, show me proof that every person who smokes dies from it
This is no different than the gun control thread (in which I was never in support of gun control) where you said things like, "Well, if we ban guns, we should ban knives! "
Your tactic is to always spread the discussion like this. Always.
So, should adults be able to have sex with little kids if the kid says it's ok?
And that is true too...knives kill.
Now, are you back tracking on your statement now?
To answer the original question,
I don't see how a couple of gay people getting married should affect anyone other than the people getting married. You might not agree with homosexuality but I would think you have to be seriously insecure if it honestly affected you personally.
If that is what one wants per sf2k4
I've never seen a collection of dumber adults in my life than many of those on this forum.
Jeff, smoking does not kill 100% of long term users, but is an inherent risk that increases the users chance of dying from a smoking related illness each year. Laws and warnings have been put into place to lessen the consumption of cigarettes around the nation after record high smoking deaths were reached. You may not die while jumping off a steep cliff, but there's a pretty damn good chance you will. Smoking is one of the most harmful things you can do to your body. If you don't understand that after all these years, God help you.
No. You've just left the realm of the discussion. Again, it's what you do.
I just don't think two 10-year olds have the same grasp on life and the concept of marriage as two adults do.

That is all you had to say. You were saying earlier that smoking kills you. All I said was show facts that every person who chooses to smoke dies from it
But they love each other right?
Nope, I'm asking you. It's a yes or no question. Should adults be able to have sex with little kids if the kid says it's ok?
Lol won't happen
This is what happens when you live in a society where uneducated celebrities have massive media platforms and people follow their uniformed opinion like sheep
But i guess it is the trendy/progressive thing to do so sign my azz up ...
No because that's the law. Not because its morally wrong. (It's totally morally wrong IMO)
Deflect all you want. You said if it is what one wants then fine
So you must also think that cancer doesn't kill you either.
Congratulations, you've just described American politics.
Is it morally wrong?
