Wots is Cam Cameron will be the new LSU OC after signing day. There's a TON of smoke and it's looking very possible.
What do you guys think? It would be 10x better than the crap we have now.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
It would be better then what you have now, but he still sucks.
Don't know who that is, but seriously? Cam Cameron? What kind of parents name their kid that way.
Care to explain your homo emoticon?
Ravens OC that got fired from Baltimore this year. Coached Brees in SD.. 10x better than what we have, good friends with miles and a TON of smoke
Doesn't surprise me given the Michigan connection, and despite BBucks laughter I think it could be an pretty good hire.
He isn't the most creative OC, but he must bring some credibility being a HC, and OC at the NFL level. Most recently OC the Super Bowl Champs, albeit in the same year he was fired.
Not sure about his recruiting prowess, but he's helped Flacco turn into a decent QB (not great, and Flacco won last year in playoffs, don't forget that). LSU could use someone to help develop QB's, and Cam could be good at that.

Thanks.. Just about ANYONE would be an upgrade for us.
INCREDIBLY predictable as an OC.
Go Blue & Gig Em'!
His play-calling got the Ravens 1 Lee Evans drop from the Super Bowl last year. Don't forget that.
He also did one hell of a job in SD..
He's been in the NFL for 10+ years, I don't think he's a slouch.
What I was thinking. Offense has been pretty much the same every year no matter the OC since LM has been there.
I believe it's coming from the HC.
You're correct but Cam is the type that would be given full control.
And that ish won't fly with all the backs in Baton Rouge, your style of play regardless of coordinator, and the rumored insertion into the the game plan/play calling by Les.
Will fit in perfectly around here then.
I live in Baltimore and I always thought Cam had a pretty good reputation as an OC until he arrived here. The Raven fans have been screaming for his head for 2-3 years now. Flacco and the Ravens offense really started to come around once Caldwell took over this year. Someone earlier said Cam wasn't using Ray Rice enough but that wasn't really the case. Caldwell began using Pierce a lot more and limiting Rice's touches strategically.
He tried to implement a hurry up offense like Peyton runs but it was terrible most of the season. The offense just looked awful for a good majority of the year. A transition to the college game would be interesting to see.
DV back at u Golf
Horrible coaching job at IU, but it's IU.
Its my ode to your soon to be Homo OC... Malcolm.. oh lawd. However like you say anything is an upgrade

Feel bad for you guys. He is.absolutely.garbage.
Steve Spurrier is a God, and Mark Richt worships him
He is no Jimbo but he might get things back on track since Jimbo left LSU, who knows though
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
