Football may suck, but the girls still show up and the tailgates get even drunker to commiserate for the product on the field.
Sadly, the problems in Nebraska are in the coaching offices and the fans that sit in the seats and defend them.
Do not quit. Also do not work Saturdays. Just show up for your next shift. Don't yell at them or blow up. Be calm and force them to fire you for not coming in on Saturdays, not for yelling at them, etc.
If you are scoring at the tailgate, then fvck work! That's just me though.

Like everyone said, it would be best to find another job and quit this one. But this is a simple fix, no call no show, block everyones number. They are messing with you on purpose.
Damn. Right shopping center, wrong store. Definitely don't go in Saturday and see what happens. Worst case they fire you. You can make some money anywhere.
They got Gumbys at PSU?
Not guilty y'all got to feel me
DON'T QUIT!! If you can documentation that you told them you can not work on home game Saturday's keep it, if not try and get that again, you may need to be sneaky(email is best) Once you have the written documentation if they schedule you again, send another email explaining that you will be unable to work home game Saturdays but will be willing to work non home game Saturday's. If they schedule you agin try and find a replacement if you can't find one don't show. If they fire you for no-show you can try and sue them for wrongful termination.

The cost of a lawyer and the time in court will probably be more than the damages he receives for wrongful termination from a part-time college job serving food.
Well since you go to Penn State and are delivering food you could always do this in order: 1) keep your job 2) deliever food to your boy Sandusky in the federal pen 3)miss the abortion on the field that Penn State football has become since you guys enabled someone to rape little boys. Sounds like a perfect plan to me.
I wish. He's my dude.
Totally & thoroughly uncalled for. Let it die already.
Yea I just have all my Saturday's requested off and then I work 5 shifts beforehand. That way I'm close to overtime and my boss hates overtime. So I'm always off.
But I've also been there for close to 2 years now. Usually new people get screwed on the shitty shifts
AAaaannnndddd.... ignore! I have no time for simpletons.
Havent had that since my days in Tallahasse. Excellent drunk food
Drunk Pokey Stix is one of my favorite things.
Screw that Nazi Management. Don't let people with small amounts of power screw you over like this. They hired you, you work for them. I assume you come in all other days but he can't let slide, what, 6-7 home games that he agreed upon during your interview?
It's not that big of a job to be blunt so if I were you, I would go to your game, see if they fire you or just quit.
I would quit and find Management that respects their employees.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
agreed but what do you expect from a "Tider"...
would not quit anything right now unless you have another job waiting
