By going and getting FSU and 1 other?
$50 million for FSU to leave ACC. Who's gonna pay that?
3 time POTW
Make it harder for our teams to go undefeated because they picked up a shat team? I'd pass
If the ACC falls apart I could see the SEC going after VA Tech.
How is Maryland going to pay the 50 million?? Kevin Plank
Big ten going to pay a lot of it
mkillian247 on twitter..... I say a lot of stuff you wont care about.
Bringing in FSU would decrease the value and relevancy of the SEC imho
We stand no competitive advantage by having them join. We would still play them every year and they would get all the perks of the SEC.
Also the SEC as a whole doesn't want them. We beach out for new teams by going into new states. North Carolina or NC State makes the most sense.
Oklahoma State also might be nice
okst adds no market
nc, ncst, VT
Give me one each of VT/UVA and UNC/NC State
FSU carries absolutely no value in any way that matters.

I Believe Auburn and Love IT...4 Life!
You should prepare yourself to live with the consequences of your decisions, whatever they may be.
The SEC just spent a ton of money adding a&m/mizzou.
No reason to go through that because the big tens adding two mediocre teams
It's actually going to be about 25 million after they go to court. Kevin Plank could wipe his ass with 25 million.
Add VT and Nc St
This is the logical choice. 2 new states. 2 new markets. Both are football schools. Geography. Large fan bases.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
We hope... But until FSU and Clemson leave for the Big 12.. VT wont move imo
I want easy wins, give me Texas and Texas tech
Haha. They added Maryland and Rutgers. The only response necessary is laughter.
B10 alum here, you nailed it.
IMO B10 is waiving the white flag. We'll never catch up at football so they're just trying to exapnd their crappy product in new markets for more cash.
Only teams the SEC should make a move for:
Then move to four 4-team divisions...(source: outkickthecoverage.com)
3-2-3 Schedule (3 divisional, 2 permanent, 3 rotating)
(Permanent Division Opponents in Parentheses)
Virginia Tech (Missouri and Texas A&M)
NC State (Missouri and Miss. State)
South Carolina (Arkansas, Vanderbilt)
Florida (Georgia, Tennessee)
Tennessee (Florida, Alabama)
Georgia (Auburn, Florida)
Kentucky (Miss. State and Texas A&M)
Vanderbilt (South Carolina, Ole Miss)
Alabama (Tennessee and LSU)
Auburn (Georgia and LSU)
Ole Miss (Vanderbilt and Arkansas)
Miss. State (Kentucky and N.C. State)
Missouri (Virginia Tech and N.C. State)
Texas A&M ( Kentucky and Virginia Tech)
Arkansas (South Carolina and Ole Miss)
LSU (Alabama and Auburn)
This sets up a Final Four type semi-final with the division winners (in Dallas and Atlanta?) that would make a fortune!

Why would FSU want to go to the SEC?
Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
FSU is not going to the sec. Big-12 is where they have their eyes set on. Before the sec thinks about adding teams, they need to add a 9th conference game.
