fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
Agreed on Cutty and the boxing.
I loved juxtaposition of the scenes throughout season 4 with the comparison of the mentor/father figure roles that Bunny and Cutty had to their respective kids.
Deserve got nothing to do with it...
One of the most unbelievable shows ever
Ed Burns knocked it out of the park
just finished the last season and now i know why you felt the way you did about McNulty ; the show was the best ever , i mean of the charts great and will watch the whole thing again soon
Yeah i mean you like things about him of course
He is smart and all
But he is just too big a crybaby for me
I love the scene where bunk brings in freamon to talk sense into him and then when Lester goes along he say " thats it im out "
great scene for sure , he was one of my favorite till season 5 and he just went way overboard with all the crap ...still an amazing character though ...OMAR was probably my favorite after everything is said and done ....what a show , already miss watching it
just finished season 2 tonight. Got busy and it took me quite a while. I know alot of people didn't like 2 as much but I thought it was pretty good. Hated Ziggy the whole time, kid was such a piece of shit it was infuriating.
3 was one of my favorite seasons. You will love it.
The Amsterdam part of the story line just seems ridiculous to me right now.
Pretty sure that was actually based on a real idea from a police officer.
i had a feeling it might be since so much of it is based on true stuff. But, damn what a bad idea.
I just finished the episode where Stringer tells Avon that he had D killed. I have to pry myself from the computer so I can get some sleep tonight. It ended with them both silent in that room. Man, I can't wait until class and work are done tomorrow, so I can finish the season.
the best series i have ever seen and it aint close ...totally unreal
10 year anniversary and here is a cool oral history
We speak with the men and women who made one of the best TV shows of all time.
Damn 10 years already. I recently bought the entire set. I am about to start watching it again for probably the 20th time.
I figured you were getting over your HS reunion and needed something else to make you feel old
It doesn't seem that long ago though, makes ME feel old.
Great find, thanks for posting.
