And is that different how you feel that Jesus would persecute gay people even though he never did?
Did he not change the culture of the Old Testiment on how to treat people?
If you think I only know a few bible versus, that is you thinking you know me.
devidee, you are my little Billy Bob Thorton character from The Apostle. Something is drawing you in
Christian: "Hey man, you have to have Christ to be saved and Christ wants your life and demands turning from your sin."
Hearer: "OH so you're perfect!? GFY!"
Christian: "I didn't say I was perfect, but you have to turn from your sin. Christ is God and He said so."
Hearer: "Don't push your ____ on me man, you give Christianity a bad name"
Happens every time but that is what we are called to do. Go and make disciples of all nations. Preach the gospel. The reason these issues worsen is because there's a false teacher standing around the corner who wants your tithe and attendance so he tells you that bad Christian isn't right and you just need invite Christ in your heart and then cruise on to glory.

I am trying to not be disrespectful. I appreciate the gesture. If you want to pm me about any further questions or how I feel, I will oblige.
That in essence is exactly what happens. We never stated we are perfect, as a matter of fact, by being Christians we admitted in front of our entire congregation(And God, which is the only one who matters) that we are not perfect and needed help.
University of Alabama: The high mark of college football since 1892
Likewise, I admittedly have a short temper at times and can and have attacked others stances before. I try and remain level headed as much as possible though
I meant it as a compliment. He was a great character in the movie. It was a really good movie.
Better than Star Wars?
Think before you respond. The wrong answer could send you to everlasting damnation.
Yeah, to me it was. Robert Duvall's character reminded me of my Uncle Ralph, so I had more of an atachment to it.
Have fun burning in hell for eternity, bro.
Yoda don't play.
Dude was badass with the light saber, I give you that.
I've been praying for my man devi for months. He definitely searching and uses sarcasm as his excuse to participate. But, he's less like the BBT character and more like Stillwell from "A League of Their Own"
South Carolina Gamecocks. The 2010 National College Baseball Champs.
I'll talk to Yoda and see if he'll save you. He always listens to me.
May the Force be with you.
I can't help it. My natural reaction to obsurd stupidity is sarcasm.
Anybody who preaches God/Jesus/Mohammed/Jaweh/etc. would or would not like some specific facet of modern society, especially pop culture society, is FOS.
That's projecting one's own subjective interpretation and nothing more.
Follow the pine tree in your backyard as a God, IDGAF, as long as it's enough to make you kinder to your fellow man. Religious scriptures, at their simplest meanings, are stories passed down over centuries to give those who would choose otherwise reason to be good to each other. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't think less of anyone for believing them and don't try to convince believers otherwise. All I ask is the same treatment in return.
I'll pray for him, and you pray for him, and I'll put him on the church prayer list, and I imagine the Lord will get his attention in time.
Stillwell Angel? Something powerful in that analogy.
Thanks, bro. Sounds like a bit of reflecting to me.
Anyway, I'll talk with Yoda and Obi-wan. See what I can do to prevent you from going to hell.
Appreciate it. There's hope for you yet.
You too. Yoda is a forgiving Jedi.
I know my talks with him will save your soul from everlasting flames in hell.
You're welcome btw.
That's exactly what Stillwell said. Then he grew up. I'm glad we both can admit we like that movie.
i actually liked that movie alot -" there's no crying in baseball"
Never saw it. You keep on keeping on with that self righteousness though.
