We won't sign more than 17 this year. We will have to work hard to sign more than 15.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Numbers always work out
You still seem confused. You say you're fine with him coming in as a greyshirt but you dont want us to offer him one? Again, Baldwin greyshirting would not hurt our numbers, therefore we dont need to "use the scholly somewhere else."
Talking about a scholarship. We don't need Harris or Baldwin if it costs us a scholarship
Jesus dude, a greyshirt IS a scholarship! It just doesnt count against us until the following year. Like I said...you dont know what a greyshirt is. Hopefully now you get it...
Hopefully we want sign a qb this cycle. We have enough depth on campus. Grab one next year and we have the kid from dillion coming in 2016.
I know exactly what it is, and honestly don't want either. If he wants to walk on then fine.
Completely agree. No use in wasting one period.
What is the kid name from dillion?
Hate to keep this retarded convo going but damn man just admit that you were mistaken. If you knew exactly what it was then you wouldnt have said "if he wants to take a grey shirt then i'm fine with it." and then turn around and say you don't want us to offer him a scholarship.
I know what a greyshirt is. I just didn't type it all out.
I'm just not good with wasting a scholly on something we don't need.
If I didn't know what one was, why would I say I'm fine with him taking a greyshirt? I know that a greyshirt counts towards next year...I just didn't type it out. It would affect our numbers one way or another. IF we have enough scholly numbers next year, then okay. Just not for it even if it affects us for next year. We just need to sign a really good one next year and then take McCall.

You say you dont want to take a qb in this class.
You say you wouldnt mind Baldwin coming as a greyshirt.
Then you backtrack and say you don't want him coming at all if it will cost us a scholarship.
Now youre reemphasizing that you said that you wouldnt mind him coming in as a greyshirt, but also saying that you don't want to use a scholarship on a qb in this class...you just want to get one good one for next year. Completely contradicting yourself twice in the same thread.
My take? You were confusing greyshirt with a preferred walk-on but you're too proud to admit it. It is the only logical explanation for your illogical comments.
Let me break it down. If Baldwin greyshirts, he will be on scholarship starting in 2015. He would be our QB commit for the 2015 class.
Also we will be much closer to a full class for 2015 if that makes you feel better about the numbers.
I'm not going to argue about it anymore. I already posted what I meant.
BTW....I think we can get a much better prospect than Baldwin.
No use dude. He's clueless
Stop using big, fancy words like "proud".
No use dude...you are a phag
