Oh I dont blame you. I never tried anything but creatine until about 3 years ago. Im 39 and started getting more and more injuries. So I tried gear. Most people I know think all you have to do is take any steroid. Your diet has to be clean, bust ass in the gym and the right amount of cardio. I know guys who are on gear and eat fast food all the time and wonder why they arent seeing good results lol.
It's easy to look swole when you are 5'5. Ask Mike and Ronny from Jersey Shore. lol. Those dudes look big as hell on tv. In real life they look like really fit Kiebler elves.

See guys like that all the time. Its not that hard to have a pumped up look without having real strength. I call it looking like Tarzan and litfting like Jane. I want the strength the match the look.
Very true, had some teamates back in the day that thought if they juiced they would just get stronger but didnt put in the effort. Def a misconception about that
Im 34--I dont recover the same and have to space out how often I go heavy heavy as more prone to injuries. Working up to a meet takes more stratagey then it used to.
