They can review if he crossed the goal line before the whistle blew. That is absolutely reviewable.
Scored 4 touchdowns...in a single game. Polk High!
Lol @ how it is only ND fans that say he was down.

Just because the refs blew the call doesn't mean Stanford didn't punch it in. Stanford punching it in and the refs recognizing that Stanford punched it in are mutually exclusive.
You said stopped at forward progress.. Which was 2-3 yards before the goal line and not reviewable... It took him forever to cross the plane but he did.. Unless, like you say, the whistle blew when forward progress was stopped.
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
What do you expect? They also think they're a NC caliber team, which is just .
evidence that the ref's didn't count it =/= to evidence that he didn't punch it in.
Anyone with a pair of eyes saw him do it.
Only bitches downvote something that's the truth.
Just shut the fvck up

Stanford back punched it in on the 2nd down. That play should of been reviewed.
Stanford got screwed twice.
Make up call from Bush to Leinart?
Mike Pereira: We have looked at ND/STA last play from every angle & feel that it is a TD. Progress was not ruled & runner was not down. Ball broke plain.

Don't know about you but I saw a touchdown.
Wish I had a DV left so I could DV this post
Must be. Curse those Pac12 refs.
They cannot review if he was down if the whistle blew because the whistle blew and that is the end of it. They can review to see if they player had crossed the goal line when the whistle blew.
Did you really, honestly expect anything better?
The 2nd run was a TD as well.
Look who it is
They spotted the ball 2 1/2 yards the wrong way but also moved the first down 5 yards the wrong way thus going from 3rd and 9 to 3rd and 6.
Don't be that bit. . . That guy
You needed a +5 TO ratio to beat Michigan by one touchdown, and I'll freely admit that this Michigan team isn't even close to NC caliber. To think that a ND team that has eked out multiple lucky wins is NC caliber is just completely and totally absurd.
