Are you really arguing that the ACC in the 90s wasn't by far the weakest major conference in America?
Guys, lets cut the Cock fans some slack. The Bama game in 2010 was their Super Bowl. The still replay this game in their heads every night before kissing Spurrier's posterized, has been, wrinkly ass before bed.
Congrats on the 2010 NC, Cock fans. Haha.
Doesn't seem like many agree with you. FSU in the 90s had about 10 wins built into the schedule every year. All they had to do was beat one of Miami (who was down a good bit of the decade) or UF and they had a guaranteed top 5 ranking.
LSU has been as talented as anyone for the last 10 or so years.
It is definitely not the landslide you are trying to make it out to be.
ACC in the 90's. Check that, ACC any era =
10 Major Poll National Titles (CFB record)
35 Bowl Wins (CFB record)
72 Wins over last 6 years (CFB record)
FSU's gauntlet through the ACC of the 1990's:
Wow. Every week another powerhouse!
NoVa was right, you really suck man
i speak the facts. Fact is, the ACC sucks and the ACC used to suck even worse when FSU made their supposed dynasty. A dynasty built on beating up teams that have no business playing with the big boys.
Truth. And what's the famous stat Fsu fans are always spouting off? Top 5 in the polls for 14 or 15 straight years? With only 2 titles? That's a joke. FSU people think being in the top 5 for so long is something to brag about, but with two titles I call that a very low success rate. Especially with the weak ACC, how could they not win more titles?
No doubt. What a powerhouse of a schedule! Hell, USCe could have probably built a top 5 ranking streak with that weak ass schedule.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
Spurrier drinks Pepsi I knew it!
Kick him out of the south now!
There was Bourbon in that cup...
It's Arby's man. that's all you can get there to go with the great Roast Beef and curly fries. It is one of the sacrifices you have to make to go there.
My son's message to Obama, Clemson, and Georgia
BTW, it looks like sweet tea to me.
LSU isnt exactly an awful school to begin with either... what did he do @ spartyville again?
Suprised usctrojan1 hasn't come in here since it's been bumped.
I think the OBC took her to a seafood dinner one time and never called her again.
Spurrier wants to be 5'5"? Please....
