I can only deal with mustard if I can't taste it. Just never liked the stuff. If you wanna get me pissed off, put mustard on something I order. It can get ugly.
Diving in the lake? Checking intake flumes or something?
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.
Bridge inspections for the Corps
Y'all are going to be getting a new restaurant around Hilton head soon.. It's a first franchise of a place near where I live called dragonfly Foodbar.. Really good gourmet taco's for a very reasonable price.. They have seared tuna, soft shell crab, fried oyster, etc, taco's I think they even do a filet one.. Definitely should try it when it gets built
Dive for the thrill, shoot for the kill.
Are they still looking for land? If so I can help :)
And that definitely sounds good. I will check it out for sure

I dunno. Thought you guys where mad with me.
Two butts I smoked with a Mexican style rub and basted with mojo criollo. We made tamales with them. This was our first time to smoke the pork for the tamales and they were awesome.
For some reason the picture of the butts wouldn't load.

Made tamales once and it was a pain in this ass. Mostly the sauce. Will not make
You must have the patience of Job. +1

Injected with J.Daniels whiskey, honey flavor, Brown sugar, coke, Hunters pride bbq sauce. Rubbed and smoked for 5 hours, then grilled for 1.
Bump for unboxing this bad boy tonight! Got it for Christmas and have been waiting to move into the new house to use it.. Might be firing it up tomorrow!
Best day ever!
I dont think it fits in your new neighborhood, the climate and the angle of the sun is all wrong for the big green egg there. I will buy it off of you for 50% the retail value
Haha I hear ya.. I'm kinda scared to leave it outside on my back porch.. Not that I'm in a bad neighborhood at all.. It's all new construction.. I just don't want somebody to nab it cause those things are expensive!!
From a grill standpoint, the BGE is by far the best thing on the market, and it is nice that it happens to be a smoker too.
However, from a pure smoker standpoint, the BGE is not as good a smoker as a Weber Bullet. A well seasoned and maintained Weber Bullet is the best smoker (as long as you're not doing mass quantity serving) you can get. Just have to take care of her.
Roses are red, violets are blue, I'm a schizophrenic and so am I.
I still havent smoked on a big green egg. I am a bit wary it can produce as well as a true smoker that you could consistantly add different wood mixtures to
Of course you cant beat the way it maintains heat.
Everytime I think I can finally get my egg a big expense comes up
I smoked these on a friends the other weekend.. Applewood chips.. Did it at 250 for 4-5 hours had a great smoke ring and flavor.. Meat was real tinder too
They smoke really good, I have a big natural smoker and the egg and you can smoke just as good on either one. The egg is an awesome smoker.
Yard work done. About to knock back some cold ones and cook my famous "dirty bird". Soaked overnight in the secret marinate. Will post pics later. Man its good to be off for a minute.
Don't want to share recipe with rest of grill crew?
