Yes it's a good read so far. It has his recipes and instructions, family history. Tells you how to get the most flavor out of your meat, how to trim it up, how to inject. It's not just about competition BBQ but backyard as well.

Do you cook them at the same time? I feel like chicken takes smoke way to fast and it wouldnt be a good idea. Does it turn out good?
