Efficient you say ? brah, he went 11-2 against a mean schedule as a sophomore and barely ever turned it over outside of the UGA game
only had 5 picks on the year and a solid/respectable 63% completion percentage
I don't know why, but I like his hillbilly ass... seems like a cool kid and I have no problem cheering for him despite the obvious reasons why I should hate him
fsufsu said... I've got about 10 great stories on Lane but all you need to know is he will never be a loser, that's for sure.
4th or worse. I agree. The whole reason for a great coach is that you only beat those teams with one of two things: 1) great coaching up of inferior talent 2) having more talent
Clearly we come upon a impasse with the only solutions being cheating out of your mind in recruiting or bring in a coach that can coach up your kids.
All of this rings true, unless the scenario comes true, like I described earlier where a team underachieves and you can take a few of their prospects. Still got to beat the down team in the season to take advantage though. I just hope that we have a coach that is able to get the most of our kids. It's our best shot atm.
Butch Jones. Who???
Lol love the picture drops. I would just like to see better numbers before I go saying anything praising him. If he went out and passed for 2500 and 20 TDs, he would merit more recognition, IMO.

There are a few good ones of him, he cracks me up
Love the Bass Pro Shops hat, Im guessing but he is probably a pretty funny kid and I always like somebody who has fun and can laugh at themselves
I don't think he thought he fit in with Jones. Everyone Jones hired had worked together at one point or another. The situation sucks, but I have no unearthly idea why he would want to work with Sanders for.... Sunseri ... I hope like hell he fails everywhere he goes after that garbage him and Dooley put on the field last year... How the freak do you have Bray, Patterson, Hunter, and one of the best o lines in the country and go 5-7??? Tennessee had 5 guys invited to the combine... and go 5-7???? It's not all about the talent gap... It's terrible freakish coaching that has happened the last few years..
Agreed. It makes the kids more relatable, which makes you wanna root for em.
I'm not sold on Hurd yet, I would rather have Michel/Yearby before him.
He will give us a look now though. I want him so FSU can start a tradition of taking top talent out of TN.
But then again I want that tradition in all of the south east.
honestly the hire we made to replace Jay Graham was a good hire. Once we knew we hired Gillespie everyone felt much better. I know some of you guys are just trolling but hell after wasting so much talent last year there aren't many Vol fans butthurt about losing the whole staff.
My google research of that dude(and did not read thread) tells me he's someone I should take with a grain of salt unless otherwise reported
No I did not lose a sig bet, but I am really really really ridiculously good looking.

That too for sure, people don't talk about it cause you ran so well but like you know your pass protection was Rick Trickett bad
He made 2 big time/very important throws against UTn. Guess you forgot about those.
"Who was your source? Church mice in here....." - Coach Muschamp
Which one? The slant route that was 15 yards and turned into 75? or one of the dump off passes to Burton? Or a jump ball to Reed? My memory ain't so good.
No Oline + No WR + Young Inexperienced QB = No Offense
I also think Driskel can be a real good QB for the Gators. He struggled against Georgia, but a lot of that wasn't his fault. He had some TOs but didn't exactl have a lot of time, that game was also one of Floridas worst rushing games of the year.
Winner in Jax goes to ATL. I'm not discounting Carolina, I just think Georgia as Florida are more complete teams
God needs a Safety on His team. RIP 21
Why do you feel as if Georgia and Florida are more complete teams than south Carolina? South Carolina has a easy schdule with its hardest game being Georgia in Athens.
I agree that I think they have an easy schedule. Dont get me wrong, I think South Carolina is a very good team and could very easily end up in Atlanta, I just like what I see out of the other two a bit more. I think Georgia has the most explosive offense in the SEC next year. It is hard to pick Georgia over South Carolina right now since they have won the last three but I do think it will be hard for Carolina to score enough to beat Georgia in Athens next year. Florida I think could really establish a solid running game next year which will take a lot of pressure off of Driskel. Florida has to go to South Carolina though right? I could easily see a scenario where South Carolina loses to Georgia in Athens, Georgia loses to Florida in Jax and Florida loses to Carolina in Columbia.
Lmao your saying he's a good QB because what he did against us? We had an oversized hippo coordinating our defense. Hell Akron's QB looked good against that jackass. Damn I hate that bastard.
Formally known as govols011 - follow me on twitter @C_Dillard6
And he went 11-2 in the SEC as a first year starter in his sophomore year in system #2
Anybody who dogs Driskel is out of their mind, that kid can ball son
I have been saying it since he was a prospect, when I saw him house a 75 yard run in the All American game I was like god damn, did that cracka just smoke every brotha on that field....
I would rather you guys have him then Florida or Ohio State.
Preciate it. Buckeye fans need to come get their crow
