Bill Belichek needs to be in here
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
Its too early for him, but I think Harbaugh (49ers) will be one of the greats.
Tomlin as well.
Best in sports right now.
Gardenhire/Bochy (just to show some mlb love)
Payton (would be higher if not for Bounty gate)

Formally known as govols011 - follow me on twitter @C_Dillard6
Women don't count since there's like 5 good teams a year
Won 3 Super Bowls with three different QBs and three different RBs none of which were more than journeymen players. Theisman maybe.
Has anybody changed the way football is played over the last 50 years?

Augie Garrido. Over 1800 wins and five cws titles including atleast one every decade from 79 till 2005. Also won title at two different schools.
Record # of DWI's as well
Larry Kehres, Mount Union.
10x national title holder
9x NCAA COTY
22 conference titles
317-24-3 record for the highest winning percentage in CFB history(.926)
Team hasn't failed to reach at least the national semifinals in last 15+ years
Holder of the longest win streak in CFB history. Twice. 54 and 55 games.
Averages less than 1 loss per year(coaching there for 26 years)
And yes, he built Mount Union. The guy before him coached for 25 years and barely had a .500 winning percentage. He built a literal dynasty and if he coaches another 6 years, which he likely will barring health issues, he will pass everyone but Gagliardi for all-time wins and that's only because Gagliardi has been coaching for 60+ years(and continues to do so).
Want something more? He pulled off those win streaks back-to-back. He won 54, lost 1 and then won 55. 109-1 in 110 games.

What about baseball?
have to go with the Bear and Phil in my mind with Wooden somewhere close
Tim Tebow (Life Coach)
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or it may last a year. But eventually, it will subside. If i quit, however it will last forever.
Lawrence Phillips>>>>>>>Tim Tebow
Good list! Add Sarah Patterson (Alabama gymnastics coach) to it...
As well as Vince Lombardi and Bud Wilkinson...
I love Sarah Patterson, but I can't go there.
jim berkman - salisbury state lacrosse coach (division 3)
10 ncaa championships
14 ncaa finals appearances
24 straight ncaa tournaments
17 conference championships
388-42 overall record
8 national players of the year
43 position players of the year
167 all americans
Judo coach at San Jose State has something like 46 National Championships. The guy is 92 years old and has been coaching Judo since the 1950's I believe.
