it's a different kind of gym but it is a gym...one of the hardest things I've ever done physically and they have classes that you do several different workouts in combination with each other simultaneously without getting a break

interesting ive just been doin cardio tryin to lose this beer belly
that's what I've been wanting to do was cut my body fat % and slim down my waste
but I'm on a ketosis diet (low low carbs) and working out and doing crossfit
plus I'm drinking a shit ton of water every day...my belly has slimmed down but got a lot of work to do with that one

quite a bit actually and it's mostly lean muscle which is great...you burn a lot of calories which effectively drop your bf%
as long as you're not eating like shit you're going to get great results

I'm already lean. I just hate power lifting... maybe gain 10-15 lbs of muscle.

yeah well you do some power lifting in crossfit but you do a hell of a lot of different maneuvers
I did a lot of different things tonight then did a timed 3 rounds of deadlifts and burpees - 21, 15 and then 9
I did it in 6:35 and I was physically just exhausted when it was all said and done
but if you're wanting to gain 10-15 lbs. of muscle you're going to have to lean bulk while you do crossfit which means you need to eat pretty healthy and eat a lot
if you're eating around 2000-2500 calories/day you will need to increase your caloric intake to 3500 calories while working out/doing cardio
plus muscle weighs more than fat so after a while you will weigh more just by doing it
I call myself a fatass every morning and use it as motivation throughout the day to eat well and maintain a rigorous physical activity regimen
