You guys are a basketball school.
Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
10-0 isn't legit?

Sooo, removing 2 games that MSU lost (@Illini and @NW) and replacing it with 2 teams that MSU went undefeated against last year, is a bad thing?
It is stupid crap like this that leads to people putting you on ignore, again.
Just because MSU lost them last year doesn't mean they would lose them this year..
My point was simply saying I would rather have UM's conf schedule than MSU's

No wonder you guys suck. Your starters only play half the game.
It's simply what you do to 1- get your bench more minutes and 2- for your best players to not get worn down at the end of the year..
Think everyone saw Burke's exhaustion into the B1G Tourney and NCAA game..
I mean, when you have guys like Russell Byrd and Alex Gauna sitting on your bench, why would you leave your starters in?
There's a balnace between plying them for 1/2 of a contest and giving them 10 minutes off. If you play your reserves too much, your starters will get rusty. This is Beilein's philosophy. He plays his starters for most of the game to work on different in game situations.
And that's worked out for him so far in his career.
Yep. Turned around 7 programs.
And 0 Final Fours
I don't think the starters are exerting tons of energy playing when Michigan is up big.
Wait, you used this for your argument,
"Neb knocked off IU last year at home
Iowa knocked off UM last year at home"
Do you realize you were using what happened last year as your argument? My God, you are like a child.
You expect him to go to the final four at Canisius and Richmond. He wasn't at WVU long enough for a FF and still got an elite eight. Now he's primed to make a run at the FF this year for us.
5 years isn't enough time to get to a Final Four.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Kentucky last year, 4 players over 30 minutes a game, another at 29 minutes a game. Their 6th man averaged 26 minutes a game, and the 7th player averaged 11 minutes a game. No other player in double digits for minutes per game.
I am sure you are know better than Coach Cal and Beilein.
MSU is much easier to recruit at than Michigan or WVU. It doesn't matter though . I'm not going to argue with you. Rooting for your trainwreck of a basketball team is punishment enough.
Hokey going nuts with offering commits..
RT @AllenTrieu: Detroit Cass Tech safety and #Iowa commit Delano Hill offered by #Michigan
And glad to see you're comparing Cal's starting 5 to UM's starting 5.
They look comparable in talent to me
I'd hate to be a fan of one of these lesser schools like MSU and Iowa that have to pray that Brady Hoke and Urban Meyer don't steal their recruits.
I really have no clue what you are saying.
we are ranked similar in the AP and coaches poll to what they were at this point last year.
How's Jon Reschke doing? Dennis Finley? Drake Harris? Shane Jones?
Wait, has a single MSU commit been flipped by Hoke? Anyone other than Pittman been flipped by Meyer?
I'm not praying that Hoke and Meyer don't steal MSU's recruits, I'm hoping they offer so that MSU's commits get a star bump and magically become better players.
laconophilia is everywhere...
