Delany giving directives to BE officials now?
I never bought into the Delaney conspiracy, but that is the worst and strangest call I've ever seen. My guess is the guy had money on Michigan.
Also, I didn't agree with the decision to fake it. I think Michigan should of punted the ball, that was a bad decision.
Why wouldn't that guy just take a step up, and then look down. WTF? It was nuts. I would have got a 15 as a coach on that one.
Who's going to replace Denard's 1200+ rushing yards?
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Hopefully a combo of DG passing the ball and rawls needs to step up in a big way next year, assuming we go full time pro style
I think you're splitting hairs here, they both had a ton of playing time. Sidenote- im psyched about funchess' future, kid will be a beast
Now I'm hearing the same guy gave Michigan the call on the coin flip? WTF? What's up with that?
Just curious. Not feeling great about the MSU run-game without Bell.
I missed that so I can't comment, but it sounds like Nader should step in and call for investigation.
Man Alvarez is an amazing coach.
Gardner is going to make up for it in passing yards.
Hopefully we can actually have a good OL next year, that might make a world of a difference.
I never worry about these things. How messed up was Iowa? There will be someone to step up. You recruit guys because you believe they can compete on this level. They have 9 months to get better. I'll worry when I see the first game.
Agree...I feel like our OL will be better, our QB situation will be better and our D will still be good.
Bell will be missed but it isn't the end of the world.
They could be, but they're going to have to show it on the field before I believe it. Both lines need to step up a notch or 5.
I'm pretty worried about the OL development.
Time to start questioning our strength and conditioning for linemen maybe?
Honestly if we get Derrick Green, he's gonna have a great shot to win the job. Same as DeVeon Smith. Fitz will probably get the job, though, if he is back 100%
Been saying that since last year. I know everyone wanted Mannie, but 6 seasons in you can't roll out even one upper-half OL?
No complaints about the back-7/skill player physical development. OL/DL don't seem to get any stronger as time goes on. Just anecdotal evidence/eye test stuff.
Dantonio has to take note of the undeveloped linemen we seem to have because he does seem to be developing other guys at position. Hopefully he makes some corrections. Granted the injury bug hit, but perhaps that has something to do with S&C too.
Dunno Woody.. 8-5 looks basically the same as 7-6..
My wife yells down to me: "You said you were going to watch a movie with us tonight, YOUR MEMORY IS SHORTER THEN A MICHIGAN FIRST DOWN!".
Man I love a women who knows football and has a sense of humor.
