OSU had 17 more shots than Duke and still lost.
Well Sparty's loss is now controversial. Miami had some unsafe decals on their floor.
Mark Hollis: @MSUAD: Disappointed floor decals are on basketball courts. Message is they are not safe. Need consistent court surface. They are not. #RuleTime
I turned the OSU/Dook game off at halftime. I guess that was a mistake.
I was thinking of some sort of tie breaker, and I thought of adding up the point differentials of all the games.
ACC wins by 2 points.
Next thing they will complain the game film they received was edited.
That's what you get for laying in the weeds like that.

Looks like they found the threat ... it was in Coral Gables.
Player safety is controversial? Huh?
Hollis should challenge Miami's AD to a golf match. No decals, no weeds, no threats whatsoever, just straight up 18 hole hole stroke play.
I heard the court was crowned.
I wonder if it stems from Dawson's injury on decals from the Carolina game last year.
I just think they deserved better.
I thought that jaugarnot offensive ass whipping 12-10 in ann arbor was a big enough threat already. I really believe the message was sent.
Mess with the bull, we gonna beat you at our house by a field goal at the end.
Any worry that after you get bounced in the second round of the NIT that someone goes pro?
Well, we know they aren't the dream team.
That isn't regarding the result of the game, it's because Dawson got injured due to a decal last year, and at least 2 players fell due to them last night. They're unsafe, and not at all worth the risk of injury.
Them not having been there would not have affected the result of the game.
laconophilia is everywhere...
Haven't missed the tourney since, what, '95? Don't expect to this year.
Appling could go but it would be stupid. Dawson needs a healthy off season to develop his dribbling and jumper.
Harris could go, but I think it'd be smart to add some bulk.
I'm waiting for the freep story and outrage over tweets on the game last night.
(not really, who cares, but the silence and lack of outrage followed by the expected "oh that's not bad" will be funny).
FWIW, Dawson hurt his knee last year slipping on decals like that. Two MSU guys took falls yesterday. Not the reason MSU lost (playing like dog poo was the reason), but they aren't safe.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
Nah. UM is the king of NIT tourneys, this looks like previous out of nowhere final four teams. Izzo is Mr. March.

Doesn't u of m actually hang NIT banners? I remember one year they actually said they'd rather win the NIT then lose in the first round of the NCAA.
I have heard that about MSU the last couple of years, it has worked out well for them.
I remember an MSU fan saying that he would actually want MSU to go 1-11 with a win over Michigan than go 11-1 with the loss to Michigan.
Is Punisher99 the dumbest MSU poster on tRCMB?
2. MSU (Harris and Trice make us very dangerous)
3. UM (Still no true road game, in my opinion all three "big wins" are a little overrated)
4. OSU (High ceiling)
5. Minnesota (Finally Tubby has a solid year there)
6. Wisconsin (They will improve thru the year)
7. Illinois (Should make tourney, well-coached)
8. Iowa (Not as bad as you think, could be a last team in)
12. Penn State (DISTANT #12)"
Izzo hasn't been to a sweet 16 in 7 months! I'd move us down that list to 9 tops.
Why do we keep him on staff?!?
MSU losing to 2 crappy teams puts them below OSU and Minnesota based on what we have seen. To have them above those 3 teams is nothing short of laughable.
