This is one of the gifts that keeps on giving.
Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.
FWIW, new Scout 300 is out. MSU has 4 guys on the list; Damion Terry, Shane Jones, Jon Reshcke and Dennis Finely.
Is this the Wisconsin/MSU thread?
You keep changing the argument. We are not talking about comparing resumes today. We are talking about comparing resumes if we beat the same two teams you are giving Duke credit for beating - OSU and Minnesota - but we beat them on their home floors. But this is a near pointless discussion anyway. Who cares? Rank Duke wherever you want and UM wherever you want. The season has a long way to go and we have many good teams remaining on our schedule. I'm far more interested in seeing how we do in those games than I am concerned with where some talking head (or you) rank UM on Jan 9.

I was going to say.. I don't recall MSU ever making shirts over a Michigan loss
Well, we know one thing for certain ... you won't be making shirts.
16th Michigan commits made the list so far. A 17th is a 4* that isn't in the top 300.
Terry up to the #9 QB overall even though Scout's ratings, at least to me, are the worst of the 4
We're going to make "top 25" shirts, duh.
They play lockdown defense, and they get out in transition really often and are efficient at it.
They played Duke without two of their best players, and only lost by 5. They would have won that game if they had them.

Celebrating Izzo's last hurrah?
Everyone's entitled to an opinion. As I said above, I haven't seen them play much yet this season so I really don't have a great feel for them. But their resume is no better than at least a dozen other teams. And they did lose to Duke.
The Appsolute Victory t-shirt. MSU students made those.
Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
And based on resume alone- UM's not currently a top 10 team.
Sometimes it's not just the resume that needs to be looked at
This is HILARIOUS coming from somebody who dogs on Michigan's weak schedule/lack of resume all the time.
Tahj Boyd just did it today.
ASU's Will Sutton did yesterday
Peyton Manning did in 97.
Tim Tebow kinda did (it was at a rally-type thing)
Terelle Pryor made a press conference to announce that he hadn't made a decision yet.
Like I said, everyone's entitled to an opinon ... no matter how worthless that opinion is.
did he really do that?
-thank the fans for their support
-cherish the memories and friendship
-grateful for the opportunity
-love my university
-love my coach.
Blah blah blah.
Exactly- I can look past the lack of impressive wins to date and still think UM is a top 10 team

Of course he did
I posted the resumes of the Top 10 teams yesterday. You didn't address it. You just denied ever saying Michigan is overrated.
(BTW, how is saying the "# 2 team in the country isn't a top 10 team" different than saying a team is overrated?)

Will have to go back.. must have missed that
Edit: Was it this thread or the other one?
And I wasn't saying UM isn't a top 10 team.. Woodson is simply looking at a resume to determine what teams are good or not, so I was simply using that logic.
I think UM is a top 10 team.
