That's a solid opponent, honestly. You can't play the SEC every week. As long as Cinci isn't the toughest team on the non-con schedule that year, I like it.
laconophilia is everywhere...
I wonder who the Coaches on the sideline will be by then. Hokes NFL bound and Tuberville wont last that long
Finally, a beacon of light in this coal mine.
South Carolina added two 5 stars and nearly doubled their win total.

Stealing Sparty's recruits and owning them on the field since 1898
People nowadays are not in touch with reality.
We've been over this. I never count the bowl games because they are basically exhibitions besides the NCG. Do you want a cookie for that extra win in the bowl game?
You guys have been arguing with us for the greater part of 2 years on that subject saying that there's no correlation at all.
You honestly believe that's all they added?
You know so little about football it's painful.
You should probably leave the trolling to the older guys. You're not very good at it.
I have not once said that. I don't believe I've seen an MSU poster say that either.
How code you win without talented players?
It's Brady Hoke.. what do you expect?
Him and BCS posting at the same time is
Yet I've seen you post UM had 11 wins in 2011..
I like it better than playing Alabama in week 1. Personally, I'd like to wait to play them in the playoffs. I don't really want to play them twice in the same season. I have same feelings towards playing Ohio twice this year and I'm glad we're moving into the same divisions.
I already said this once. Harbaugh will win a super bowl in a couple of years and decide he wants a new challenge. Simultaneously, Hoke will realize that Belichick is retiring and that he is the man for the job. So while Michigan loses one great coach in Hoke, they gain another in Harbaugh. Les Miles will also be an assistant for Michigan, joined by Charles Woodson and Tom Brady. Jake Long will also retire early to coach the OL.
The difference between Michigan and Alabama is probably a few five star players...as shown in the recruiting rankings.
Lattimore and Clowney were the reason they won the SEC east and won 11 games this year. If they didn't have them, they'd be back to their 6-6/7-5 seasons. The team wasn't anything before those two walked onto the field.
So what did they add then? They were a middle of the pack SEC team for a good 4 years even with one of the best coaches in the country until they started pulling in five stars.
You guys have been saying that there's no difference between a 3 star and a 5 star. Have you not seen Dwags/Steve's rants?
They went 10-2 in 2011.
This is where your thinking doesn't come full circle.
It ultimately doesn't matter what the recruiting rankings say. Alabama wiped the field with UM. The difference is way more than "a few 5 star players" away from Alabama's level.
I meant 10-2 when I wrote that, but why go through all this trouble for me to say you went 7-6. 6-6 and 7-6 are the same thing. Is that supposed to be a great year by Sparty standards? I'll call you 7-6 from now on if it doesn't cause you to go on a pissy fit because you beat the mighty horned frogs of TCU by one point.

Do we really have to go through this again? Obviously we were not going to compete with Alabama this year. The size and talent of their team compared to ours was huge. Why do you think Michigan is recruiting bigger and better athletes for the future? For shits and giggles?
But it's a step in the right direction. Who has beaten Bama recently with a squad of 3-4* kids?
Or a QB that isn't Heisman caliber?
Edit: F***. I forgot about LSU. But Auburn and TAMU instantly came to mind (Newton and Manziel).
