I actually thought FHJ was a pretty decent guy.
FHJ is hilarious, and also very realistic, definitely a good poster.
The fat hairy jew is one of the best Hoo posters on TOS. He can take a joke and dish it out. I agree.
HOO question....y'all are the first away game for Penn St...is everybody gonna be on their best behavior? I see this as a potential issue....what are your thoughts?
Dude also posted video of him doing standup comedy at a club. Man, you gots to have some balls to do the act, and balls to post it on the mainboard. Was actually pretty good.
Hoo knew any Hoo had a set. FHJ is one of my favorites. I have done stand-up once, albeit drunk of my rear and it was the most nerve-racking thing I have ever done. I speak in front of large groups all the time but this was a completely different beast.
I wanna know which one of you jokers is the Godfather?
Good buddy of mine and I were talking about heading to CVille for this game. Gonna be a weird one!
I was sorta thinking the same thing....guess the Hoos are at a loss for comment on this one.....
Earlier in the thread I saw JoeHoo mention that it's a good thing UVA doesn't have a pep band any more, they may give PSU a hard time WVU style.
I'm positive UVA will show some class about that though. Hell, you guys almost hired Sandusky before Groh, right? I think we all realize it is a topic that shouldn't be used to degrade an opponent. Of course, there will always be your drunk people making comments.
Hurry up football season, hurry up.
i wouldn't bet on that
not trying to spark a huge argument but i heard some of the most classless comments ever at the UVA game after 4-16...
Moving on to keep it civil...
Hoo's what your schedule prediction for this year? Not what COULD happen, but what you think right now will be your final overall record.
Yeah, and the hoos that made fun of the Maryland basketball player because both his parents died of AIDS. Generally speaking American society/culture is not a very classy thing at the moment, and trending downwards.
I think we go 8-4 or 9-3. My only concern is the safety position.. if we can make it through louisana tech with just losing 2 games we have a good shot the rest of the way w/ the way the schedule sets up..
Somebody posted this on our forums but thought I would share it. Looks like ex Hokie Jonathan Lewis is now a graduate assistant at UVa. AWKWARD! hahaha

That is a pretty interesting hire. Guess it has to do with all of those Varina connections for the Hoos. Former VT roommate was a teacher at Varina when the Lewis brothers played there and said they are a great family.
Good for him!
I was reading his profile about his NFL experience, College experience, his family and I was half expecting a line about how he enjoys fishing, golf and hates UV, but they conveniently left that last part out.
Operation Trojan Horse
Status: Phase one complete.
I agree with you. If I recall, you guys have a very soft ACC slate and unfortunately we picked up Clemson and FSU from the other division. Who do you guys have from opposite division this year? I know ya'll have already had FSU in the past so I don't expect any sympathy, lol....
A Hokie has never made me laugh out loud before. You sir get a gold star.
We got Maryland, Wake, NCST from the Atlantic.
NC State could be very good this year...you should handle MD easily, Wake is always a tough game, likely comes down to your QB production, if it is late in the year I think Sims is getting a stride
I think NCSU needs to be good this year or O'Brien is in trouble. Glennon looks like a good QB. Supporting cast will need to step up but State is always tough and we play them down there. I would be very pleased with 8-4 given the spots we have to replace on D.
I had you all at 6-6 before Sims, he can be worth 2 wins IMO ...hard to predict you all now with a totally different guy at the helm, and I am assuming he is your QB, at least after halftime of game 1. You can play a totally different type of O with an arm like Sims back there, will your OL be able to buy time for longer developing plays? Are your WR good enough to make longer routes effective? How long will it take to get in sync with Lazor's O? I personally think your O is going to have to score a lot of points, more than last year.
