Big loss on your OL commit.
Yep. Big loss on the hardwood yesterday.
Truth. Hopefully a learning experience. Can't take anybody lightly and sleep walk to a victory in college basketball.
Already have a better record than I thought going into this season...
That won't be our last. We will lose some games we shouldn't this year, and then upset some teams also. I'm just happy to see some improvement, and glad the kids are playing hard. This style of play will also help JJ recruit.
So far this has been a season of unexpected things. Didn't expect us to be 8-2, certainly didn't expect to beat Okie State, and certainly didn't expect to lose to Ga Southern.
And Duke never expected to loose to Lehigh. You win some you lose some. One defeat to Georgia Southern does not make or break your season. Look at UVA'S loss to Delaware. I think Tech has a good coach and recruiter. I do think he could make some improvements on the defensive end of the floor. On the whole this loss will be a learning experience and there will be good wins this season that will erase this loss. Just not against us....
Did you go to UVA ?
No, but I did sleep at a holiday inn express last night...
Neither Bball team is that good, probably both in the 60-70 range. Both will match up up well and horribly against certain teams this year, win some and lose some.
The lose on your OL will not hurt if does not start an exodus.
No big loss whatsoever, I wasn't really that hyped about him to begin with, a kid that big should have been dominating defensive lineman all year in high school at didn't have that great of an impact for his team. Really like the ST/RB coach hire yesterday think we got a steal. On Henson my buddy said they didn't have very nice things to say about him on the Rivals main board saying he was soft and it wasn't a UVA fan saying it.
WAHOO 4 LIFE!!
I love how people always ask guys if they went to uva like it validates their fanhood or something.. hell no the majority of the people who fill scott stadium or post on message boards didn't go to uva..its one of the top academic universities in the nation that very few get admitted too..
They have 15,000 undergrads. It's not exactly a small university.

Hope everybody had a good weekend.. And when I say everybody I mean VT fans.
Careful now or we will have to bring Tugard back over here.
honestly i'd rather have him posting over here than on the home board
Does Chip West have an offer on the table? One that could impact a really good RB?
we aren't getting any info about chip. the vols hired somebody else and i asked a few days ago about WVU but i never got a response. i know wvu was after his services
If he leave we are fucked
I would think that WVA would pony up big time after their beat down in the Big 12 this past year. They need more talent and they know it. But is that job more stable than a UVA job? I would think so, but who knows. The Tenn job was the one I thought would be better, but WVA could present a bigger challenge in recruiting directly against the VA schools
And 200k+ alumni.
Walmart UVA fans don't bother me. Its the ones that act condescending and call VT grads rednecks and stupid when they didn't go there themselves.
Unless it is top 20, then your opinion is poop. BTW I was accepted to UVA. Love you..
It's not about where you're from, it's about what you've done..
Quin Blanding will be a Nole for sure, just wanted to drop in and tell all the Hoos
Appreciate your insight. We hearing the same.
