Did you lie? JO said? Don't call out someone when you get called out.
It's like "Weekend at Bernie's" only better because it never ends
Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve. You may be whatever you resolve to be - Stonewall Jackson
Thank You for your service. It means a lot. Talking about it on a message board seems a tad different than the men I have met.
You still harping on that BS?.... i already said I was was wrong about that. I even went back and edited my post. Get the fvck over it.

You did not make a mistake you lied........claiming you were tired. Hell Oakes had to go to your board and correct your lie.....sad man really sad.
To sum this thread up in one sentence:
wahoomikey93 makes an ass of himself.
If it was inconvenient for JO and pissed you guys off then i'm happy I made the mistake. Like I said, I edited my post.
I guess the hard sell on Stroman didn't work, and you guys are punchy about it. Don't worry it will all make sense in a couple days or so! LOL
to sum this thread up in one sentence:
literally everyone makes an ass of themselves.
Just curious who you think those other players are on VTs roster?
Ha "Weekend at Bernies".......Awesome! +1
guilty as charged
Yep, at one time or another we all guilty.
You really need to have a better day today than you had yesterday...and you still haven't found where I bashed JO, so either find them, say sorry, or STFU about saying Shit to other people that have apologized for their mistakes. I've been on JO's boards longer than you, so if I was bashing him I'm pretty sure he'd say it. I might disagree with him and say so, but I don't "bash" him, the guy is a professional that is doing his job to feed his family. Oh, and he's good at his job.
Foster earns his, not Frankie. Just my .02
Frank hired him, has kept him happy, and kept him there...I'd say he earned his money too...I will 100% say he should have demanded as much on O.
I agree with you to a certain extent. Bud learned everything he knows from working under Frank. However Frank has let loyalty disrupt a lot of things for us.
What does writing a paper on legalizing marijuana have to do? Do you know how many of your players smoke weed? It's a lot, same goes for us, and the rest of college football teams. Stupidest argument ever.
First of all a mistake is something you do not do on purpose. A lie is a willful act. Secondly, by infering that the people on the grounds "drink the kool aid" you are bashing JO. He is the one that writes everything on the grounds. If we are stupid so is he. You may have posted longer than me on the grounds, who cares. Every post you make over there gets loaded up with downvotes. You constantly bash CML here and on the Poop and then you want to play nice on the grounds. Everyone overthere is wise to your actions. I for one have more respect for posters here that bash UVA. That is what fans do. You want to play both sides of the fence.

I'll chime in here...
Let's get the argument out of the way right now, you guys have a better football team than us. OK? OK. Now that that's behind us, we can try to talk like normal people that don't hate each other.
JC Coleman had 492 yards on 109 attempts, and 2 TDs rushing the football in 2012. He also had 5 catches for 39 yards as a RB out of the backfield. These are the facts.
JC Coleman had 159 yards, or 32% of his total yardage on the season, and 100% of his 2 TDs on the whole year in one half against one of the 2 worst rushing defenses in the country, Duke's at 101 (Only BC in the ACC was behind them at 111). So, a full 1/3rd of his total yearly rushing yardage came on 9 carries against the 2nd worst defense that you played all year, and 100% of his TDs for the whole year came in one half of FB. Hell, 28% of his total rushing, and 100% of his total TDs came on TWO CARRIES! The other 25 halves that you guys played, JC managed to rush 100 times for ONLY 355 yards. So, in every other game, outside of the one half against the 2nd worst defense you played all year, JC averaged a very pedestrian 3.55 yards per carry, and no TDs.
Now look, I think JC could be a good change of pace back for you guys because he is very fast, and he will probably do much better as such if Edmunds is your starting RB. I think Edmunds has the tools to be VERY good, assuming you fix the OL, which I know all of you feel that Grimes will do. That being said, if we are simply talking about Coleman, he can't possibly be considered dynamic based on his college experiences to date. Granted he was a true freshman, but c'mon, if you take off your O&M glasses, how can you say the kid is even "good" at this point in time? What has he done outside of one half of FB against Duke? He may have the potential to be good, but right now he is an average running back.
As far as leaving us at the "alter". He did. We wanted him, and were disappointed that we didn't get him. That is, until Smoke signed. Smoke is a much, much better receiving threat as a RB. That's not even debatable. To compare apples to apples, their Sr years of HS, JC had 1450 yards rushing, averaging 103.6/game, with 24 rushing TDs. Smoke had 1112 yards rushing, averaging 123.6/game, with 22 rushing TDs, and 8 other TDs. There were no stats for receptions or rec yards for either, but all of Coleman's TDs were rushing. Between the two schools, Bayside had to play significantly better defenses in the Beach District than Oscar Smith had to face (Ocean Lakes, Green Run, Salem, etc). Not to mention, Oscar Smith had an infinitely better Offensive Line than Bayside did. I know that none of this means anything to anyone, because it is not college football, and we can't compare how these kids will do in college until December at the earliest. But, if Smoke has a Freshman year similar to JC's, I think we Hoo fans will all be disappointed.
My god, one of your post made sense and wasn't spewed with unnecessary hate. Well done VB
Now you are just being a dumbass to be a dumbass...London is the big fat red guy from the kool-aid commercials.
How can one not bash London the coach? He's a terrible coach, absolutely awful, so much so that you had to hire a coach to coach your coach. Has that not sunk in? He is a pretty good recruiter, but VT has out recruited him in his time at UVA, so while you all think London is some great recruiter, VT fans bash our coaches for being poor recruiters...what's that say about expectations between the 2 fan bases?
I get down votes on the UVA site...imagine that? What type of grown man worries about a down vote on a college football message board? I mean really?
We could debate the issue over a month of Sundays.....it's really hard to evaluate simply on stats (which I'm sure you'd agree). JC had better Olinemen to help his stats yet had to share the ball with other talented skill players (more so than Mizzell). Mizzell was counted on to do more thus more yardage.....etc..etc..etc...
JC has proven he has a work ethic that is virtually unmatched. He was able to prepare himself mentally and physically to play D-1 football in a short period of time. He contributed well and, if given a real opportunity based on his results, would've contributed more. I have no doubt JC, from a mental standpoint, will continue to get better and smarter as a RB.
Mizzell has proven himself as an elusive RB with very quick feet and an ability to do a lot in space in high school and in the 7 v 7's. His upcoming challenge will be (much like JC's was) to prepare himself physically and mentally to play college football. I'm not gonna bash the kid because of the incident during his visit, but that sh*t can't happen if he expects to 1) be a great RB and 2) stay on the team. Physical skills alone won't cut it at this level so IMO Mizzell's biggest challenge will likely be the mental side of playing college football where the defenses are far faster than in high school.....will he understand this in time to meet the expectations that have been placed upon him? Time will tell.
Well, I did have to go back and delete the hatred. But, it's only Wednesday, there's still time.
