Cella is a hell of a striker, just like Hall.
the problem with his tryout fight for the show, and then his fight to get into the house, he fought grapplers. This might actually be the better match-up for cella, because hall won't try and take him down. He really has a rudimentary ground game, but he has heavy hands and feet, and has around 50 amateur kickboxing matches.
it really could go either way. Cella has heavy fat-boy hands, and hall has that fast explosiveness.

Thanks for the heads up. That makes next week's show a lot more interesting to me.

Hall is the monster, but don't sleep on the Brit that just fought and won.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
Pure athletes are starting to get into MMA not just wrestlers, boxers, and martial arts masters. Hall and Hester are the type, fast and powerful standing and on the ground.
In the next couple years you are going to see these guys popping up everywhere. The athleticism of a Jones or a GSP. More and more are starting to get into the sport.

I just watched the first episode of this show I have seen in a while. Uriah Hall knocked that dude the fvck out with that kick.
Knockout may be most violent ever on TV Uriah Hall was fearful that the vicious blow he delivered on would get him arrested. Scary footage...

Knock out was nasty. Articles that came out afterwards were funny though. Turns out he kicked him so hard his foot was hurting for the rest of the day. He also was scared he would get arrested lol.
Last night's show was weak. Was surprised the kid who got kicked in the head was doing so well though. I couldn't tell how many days after the fight it was, but seemed soon.
It showed him coming in the house still in his hopsital gown, and he looked just fine. When I saw that kick I thought, yup he dead.
God, give me patience today. If given strength I may beat someone to death.
Last nights fight sucked. I look forward to watching Bubba fight this upcoming week.
Hall seems like such a great person.. How could you not root for this guy?
Danielle Hunter, Jamario Rasco, Anthony FREAK Johnson.. DL wrecking crew of 2013.
I wanted the black dude to knock out that balding punk. Didn't happen.
the biggest surprise is that Sonnen is actually coming off as a good guy.
he has shown all class.
maybe he finally grew up
That's how he actually is, he just acts like the WWE guy to promote fights.
no, not really...
you ever see all the shit he talked about lance armstrong? this while he was using TRT, and got busted for elevated serum levels...
also, look up his fraud case.
he really was a self-centered piece of shit... prolly was a devotee of Ayn Rand, even
I think the two of them (Jones and Sonnen) may have been some of my least favorite personalities (as was Dominick Cruz before his TUF appearance) in the UFC, but both have been fair in their analysis of each team's talent and the outcome of the fights.
I don't think Bubba is a viable candidate for the wildcard. He got the guy most people felt was the weakest and he lost. I didn't think he looked great getting into the house and he didn't look great in that fight. Not saying the young kid isn't tougher than most give him credit for, but I saw no semblance of a strategy from Bubba in either fight.
Go Thor/Tor(sp?). That Josh guy sucks.
Uriah making some enemies.
Welp, guess the roid monkey wins. His obliques have obliques with acne.
poor, innocent Lance?? OH NO!!!!!!
"In the SEC,you're a glorified run support guy.In the Big 12, you're a cover guy."-Bobby Burton asking why DBs go SEC
i guess you don't get it
he did all of that, then tested positive after his fight with anderson silva (part one)
Really disappointed Clint Hester was not one of the wildcards. I much rather see him then either of the two who got it.
I was too. Bubba did not impress me at all in that first round fight. He's been all talk so far, not quite sure what everyone sees in him.
Agree 100%. Just because a guy has put in his time, doesn't mean he deserves the shot. Like you, I haven't seen enough of him to know if he's really good or not, but he hasn't shown enough in this tourney to warrant the spot.
