That sounds as good as my amp. Matched up with a pair of Klipsch 4.2's and its pure audiophile heaven. Anyone else collect this old school stuff? This amp only produces 35 watts but its got better sound from lows and highs through the whole audio spectrum than anything I've heard made in the last 30 years. I've got a newer pioneer receiver that claims its 400 watts of power but 35 amps with tubes is legit and dwarfs the new garbage.
What ever happened to craftsmanship?
I mean, besides China.
That is pretty awesome. I have been wanting to get into this stuff since the last thread I saw on this. I just haven't had the time.
If you're a true fan of high fidelity music, you'll be blown away by tubes.
i've got 4 klipsch speakers at home...love them.
Newer or older? What kind? I've heard most speakers and its really hard to beat horn loaded Klipsch.
prob 10-11 years old...i'll check what kind when i get home.
The only amp's I'm familiar with are of the asian variety.
They make decent tube stuff.
