And who did he ask and when did he ask? I mean she graduated in 2010 or 2011, Te'o couldn't even get that straight? So what was he expecting, that some player would know about a girl that might not have been on campus at the time of the player?
Give the details. Just saying your randomly asked some Stanford player after some game about some girl, yeah that sounds believable that it happened.
From this point forward the media should refuse to publish anything from anyone that refuses to go on record.
Those don't really answer the questions just kind of dance around them. So after 3 years he never mets this girl and she is the love of his life? He is either in on it or he is so dumb he deserves to be embarrassed like this. After he "knew" she was fact HE KEPT TALKING ABOUT HER. The guy has issues. He lied before why is he all of sudden telling the truth now.
I know communication started 3 yrs ago. They weren't as serious at the time. Mind you, this is what I am hearing. I am not sitting next to Manti right now. None of us knows everything, and there is so much speculation right now. Just let everything come out. It's been 2 days.
3 time POTW
I saw a tweet where a Stanford player said he was asked by Manti if he had heard of Lennay. He said no. I am not sure on the date. It was posted in one of the numerous threads about this situation, and I am not going to search for it. At least not now.
LMFAO that you still refer to "them" as a couple.
Here's a fact. Te'o at the very least, as well as your AD, is a sympathy seeking liar. Plain and simple.
So you are saying that even if he was so gullible and trusting that he believed everything and was 100% hoaxed, he deserves to be embarrassed. If this comes out that this was completely Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, and Manti had no knowledge til the phone call he got on Dec 6, his character assassination has already been done.
When these reporters keep asking him about grandma and Lennay, what is he going to say? "My grandma was a great inspiration to me, and Lennay was actually a hoax that a group of people played on me. Silly me for being so gullible." Then all the reporters are reporting on Manti and this hoax, and not ND, Bama, and the National Championship like they are supposed to be.
Really? Isn't this what the whole thing is about? He thought she was real so therefore a couple, right? Or has the story line changed already?
Plain and simple, you have your opinion.
Honestly, made up women are far less hassle than the real ones
No. That's not an opinon. That's a fact. To say otherwise at this point is to operate in pure denial. But hey, it may be the Notre Dame way. What do I know?
